The hotel is very hip and the hot water and wi-fi are great. The staff is really knowledgable and I think it meets value for money spent.

They had a problem with the electricity. Everytime I turned on the Air conditioner, the whole floor I was on would lose electricity. They had to come and try to fix it but it was never fixed so that I could use AC. I just left the AC off so I could have electricity. I know hotels can have issues and its a shame because this hotel is very nice otherwise, but to have your electricity go out all night and throughout the day and then have to settle for the AC being off or having electricity, I chose AC off to have electricity. And when I asked for a discount or something off towards my stay due to this massive problem, I was told no. This I thought should have been handled better and I should have received a discount of some sort for this issue.

Kind staff, super clean. Hotel is made with expensive materials and furniture. There’s a gallery downstairs with various expositions. restaurant is great with quality menu, not very cheap but acceptable, you can dine for around 15-20 euros. The area where hotel is located is another jewel, super quiet and relaxed district. There are parks and promenade along the sea, many cafes and restaurants. Having in mind it’s not super close to historic center, you can still reach it in around 30 minutes with Marmaray rail or by ferry from Kadikoy. Location is great to explore Asian part, you can easily go to Prince Islands and dive deep in their history and culture.

The hotel is a boutique hotel with an art gallery in the basement. It’s clean with great service and overall the place has a very calm and chilled vibe. It’s location is near to Kadikoy (5 minute can ride) which you can get to all the touristy places but also the ferry to the islands. It’s also close to Bagdat Street if you need to get to some shops and cafes. Right opposite is the marina where there are some very good restaurants too.

The only dislike we had was the smell of smoke in the corridors which we think comes up from the bar and restaurant downstairs but they did try and use lots of air fresheners to disguise it.

The receptionist Emra was extremey courtous and friendly making the check in and leaving really memorable. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Area around the hotel is amazing,walking the marina and coast are superb with and accessible to supermarket,ATM and few restaurants across the street.

I had an issue with electricity in the room,they didnt have an adapter and the one they gave me didnt work so i had to leave the mobile at reception to charge it. When i asked the night shift receptionist for suggeations for dinner he said he doesnt know any and that he only suggests the hotel restaurant!

Location close to the Marina is very good. Nice park nearby and walking distance to Fenerbahce area. Hotel is new and clean. Rooms are nice and the beds are good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is really nice with good and nice food. In general very good experiance and great alternative for the bigger hotels in the area. Will come back here for sure.

This hotel, located in the Asian part of Istanbul is close to restaurants and provides a relaxing environment . It is easy to get a taxi since there is a taxi hub in the corner. Also to get to the European part of Istanbul you could take the ferry but need to get transportation to the ferry port. If you want a place with a lot of action, day and night this is not the best hotel, but for relaxing, slower pace, very pleasant staff and good restaurant in the same facility this is a good choice.

very modern and new. everything looks brand new and clean. location is perfect if you want to stay on the asian side and also very central. hotel’s bar is also very nice and has many yummy cocktail options.

you can hear other rooms really clearly. we thought something wrong was happening in the middle of the night but i think people were just partying 😅

Our spacious room, the terrace and walking closet room. Also having to showers in the same bathroom.

The Blanket and covering bed sheet were a bit small for 2 people. The chandelier on top of the bed kept on opening and closing according to our movements, because of the sensor. This issue was solved by removing the electricity card before going to sleep.

Our stay at this Hotel was just perfect! The check-in was really smooth and the staff was extraordinary welcoming and warm-hearted. Our room was clean and the whole hotel was beautifully designed, especially all the art is stunning! The location is good, near to Moda but not directly in the center, which makes it more quiet and comfortable. I'd like to highlight the kindness of the staff, especially Ilhan was always there for us to help or give good advices, he even invited us for a Turkish tea before check-out. Highly recommend to stay here!
