The location is central, friendly staff, not expensive, even it's very central it is not noisy...

the furniture was a bit old fashioned

Hotel is located in a street which is very close to Söğütlüçeşme train station and Söğütlüçeşme main street. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. There are tv, wardrobe, minibar (just water in it), a tiny kitchen close to the door and hair dryer in the bathroom. My mom and I liked the breakfast, it is continental with all sorts of sweet and savour foods. There is also an elevator. Hotel is very suitable for short stays.

The kitchen sink in the room was broken and glued with silicone in several places. It shouldn't be so hard to replace it with a new one. The toilet roll holder, toilet seat and the curtain hook were all moving. Small repairs would make everything perfect.

Very good location. Easy to reach metro station and ferry station. Very supportive personal at the front desk!

Heating boiler located inside my room was noisy, especially at the night time.

Nothing stood out as a negative. Rooms decor not finished to as high of a standard as the photos show but everything is functional and room/hotel was pleasant to stay in.

The property we were eventually allocated was modern, clean and comfortable. No balcony which we accepted as we were told there was no apartments with balconies.

The property was not what I booked. Initially we were allocated a room and bathroom (not an apartment)and after explaining and showing the staff member on duty what I had booked and was expecting, we were told what I had booked did not exist! They gave us an apartment next to the hotel which we accepted. unsure if this was part of the hotel or not. Staff spoke virtually no English but luckily my 16 year old son speaks some Turkish so we managed but unable to ascertain how an apartment can be advertised on booking.com and bookings accepted when the advertised property does not exist so we remain confused.

Clean big room in a great location in Kadiköy. All of the staff and the owner were very warm, friendly, and always ready to help if you have any questions. They have a good breakfast buffet that is open until noon.

The place is constructed on multiple buildings, so while the entrance may seem small its a decent size place. The breakfast was amazing, and we loved it every day. The staff is very helpful and guided us to the attractions and even shops for cheap shopping. There is a shopping lane behind the hotel, about 3-5 mins walks which has a lot of stuff. The cleaning is done every 2 days, and incase you want it earlier you can request the same to be arranged. Plus they allow you to use their washing and dryer (just have to buy the detergent) The location is great too., close to stores, shopping districts and Moda is about 20 mins walk which is pretty easy since its downhill.

The windows were a bit difficult to open and close, but it could be just that i didnt know how to operate them.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. I had my doubts in the beginning, but it quickly surpassed my expectation. The hotel internal design, room layout, facilities, staff, and location were all superb. The room we stayed in had the most space we got in any of the other 3 hotels we stayed in previously. Location was also a big plus, 15 minutes away from Metro station, and about 10 minutes away from Kadikoy center.

No complains The floor was a bit creaky, but that to be expected in those renovated older buildings.

The receptionist, Haluk, was very helpful and an absolutely lovely person. It was nice to chat to him about the area and get advice how to get around, like how best to get over to the European side of Istanbul. The apartment was small but everything was clean and the aircon was very welcome due to the heatwave. Breakfast was nice.

Er… it could have done with a bar! That’s about the only negative!

Mezzo Hotel is very well located, in Söğütlü Çeşme Street and 10-14 minutes walking time from Kadikoy metro station and the Kadikoy Ferry station (to reach the historic center of Istanbul). The staff are extremally nice and always ready to help. The accommodation has a very friendly atmosphere with and outdoor private space. The Studio room was very nice (the bed was extremally comfortable) with a TV, private bathroom, desk area a kitchenette zone. I would totally book this hotel another time and 100 % recomended!
