Rooms are true to pictures, they even gave us a superior room (for 3 instead of 2 people), so it was very comfortable for us. Big and clean bathroom with many amenities, they also offered room cleaning every day if needed (free of charge). It exceeded our expectations because the room seemed new and there were no noises from outside. Comfortable beds. The location was very close to the main touristic activities, and has a few restaurants nearby for dinner.

The first day there was no running water because of a broken pipe in our street (this wasn't the hotel's fault, but they did not offer water bottles and they forgot to mention this incident). The wifi worked very badly specially the first days, they fixed it by the end of our stay.

The staff (especially Abdullah and Orhan) were extremely friendly and could speak English very well (which is very rare in Istanbul). The sea view room was absolutely gorgeous. The room was very clean. I had to private message them again to thank them for the nice stay. Highly recommended.

The lobby could use some renovation and redecoration. However, the staff's friendliness lights the place up. Great people. The place could use breakfast facilities, but there are tons of great food places around so I recommend having breakfast outside in Turkey's beautiful weather anyway, so it's really not an issue. There are differences in the room qualities, so I hope they renovate all the rooms to be as great as the room they gave me. Overall extremely positive experience. Looking forward to coming here again!

The view from the 6th floor was stunning. Though the room is not big, it was very comfortable even for a long stay. The bed was comfortable, and they afforded us with extra pillows and blankets. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is very neer to Sultan Ahmed area with many sight seeing places. The tram is 5 min away from the hotel. There are many resturants and minimarkets around the hotel.

It would have been better if they offered breakfast even if simple one. The towels are a bit old.

The hotel stuff were very polite. The hotel is clean and very close to touristic areas and to the tram station. The room was good enough if you are planning to spend only the nights at the hotel. Nice view is available from upper floors.

The hotel is in a working place area, there is a lot of noise from the surroundings. You cannot open the room windows as there are workers at the building in front of the hotel. A strange smell is in the water. Even for shower, the water was not clean. The room has a very small TV in a bad position.

The property is in a great location in the old city. Very easy to walk everywhere and very enjoyable to explore and get lost. The staff were really nice and friendly. Greeted us all the time and asked us how we were doing. The room was spacious and clean with good air conditioning. There’s plenty of nearby restaurants to have meals at with prices varying from cheap to expensive depending on what you want.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this hotel. It was all great.

Very friendly staff. They upgraded our room for free and were always there for us. The location is excellent. Good value for money.

The room we stayed in urgently needs renovations. No place to put your essentials in the shower. The glass door separating the bathroom from the room had a significant gap which means that there was no soundproofing and no privacy at all. If I weren't with family, I would feel extremely awkward and embarrassed when using the bathroom.

The employees were very, very friendly. The rooms were great, I recommend taking a room with balcony. It is the best and the view is amazing! It was clean and the location was excellent. Close to blue mosque/ grand Bazar. The owner was friendly and offered to take us to the airport. There was a small incident but we asked for help and it was solved.

I think it's good value for money, so for this price I do not have what to complain

We had the top floor room. The view was FANTASTIC, also being a corner room we could see on 2 sides, literally over the sea, amazing. Besides the small balcony is steep so you feel like a gargoyle :) very nice staff, location close to Pierre Loti road very good. It was clean. Again: the view of the city and sea is well worth it!!

Soundproofing is non-existent, so if you have a noisy neighbor....its gonna be a problem. There are only 2 rooms per floor but everything can be heard. Also, the street itself is a bit shady, but that's not a problem as the neighborhood is very good.

I got this hotel for a very good price. Great location and amazing staff. Omar and Abdullah were both very friendly and helpful. They helped me with everything and made my stay in Istanbul comfortable. The reception works 24/7 so if you're in trouble you won't have a problem reaching out to them. I'm happy i stayed at this place :)

View into a wall of a different building but that's a minor thing.

I liked the warm welcome and the staff! They made sure that we got the rooms we wanted and that we were enjoying our stay! Also the manager and the receptionist were awesome and very helpful, we had conversations with them about everything we were concerned for or any question we had related to Istanbul as well! Thanks a lot to Gökhan Akçay the manager for his extra help.
