I stayed at Urban Taksim hotel for two weeks and was blown away by the welcoming and helpful staff. The receptionists, in particular Oguzhan and Duray were so helpful and always with a smile. They assisted me during a challenging situation offering support and guidance when I needed it most. Highly recommend this place for its excellent service and warm atmosphere!

The only thing that could be annoying is the clubs outside of the hotel, you can hear the music at night.

Wifi and cleanliness. Manager was very cooperative and he arranged a car at a reasonable cost for our family drop at Istanbul airport

Breakfast was purely for Turkish people style. They should add something for sub continent people like Indian and Pakistani items for breakfast. Room service wasn’t good. Even for water bottles we called several times

At night its very noisy, you can hear the music from night club around.. so book a quite room in advance

I recently stayed at Avantgarde Hotel, and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. My room was clean and comfortable, and all of my needs were met throughout my stay. One thing that really stood out to me was the attention to detail. The housekeeping staff took great care in ensuring my room was spotless, and the front desk staff went out of their way to answer any questions I had and make sure I had everything I needed. Overall, I had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I had a great stay at the Avantgarde Hotel. My room was fantastic, The breakfast was great with a wide variety of choice , The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff treated me exceptionally well. I want to express my gratitude to Ms. Setare and Mr. Oguzhan, both of whom were very kind and sympathetic. I can’t wait to visit this hotel again in the future.

First off all, they gave me the room before my check in time at 4:00 AM knowing that my check in starts at 12:00 o’clock The staff is very friendly and helpful The room was big, a kind of suite The towels odor is very sweet and they are clean Every day they do the cleaning and change the bed Very secure and comfortable

There is not a variety in the breakfast

Location and hotel services were excellent. Staff were very helpful and courteous especially Mr. Selami Kurhan who granted us extra time during our check out. Breakfast spread was very good with a variety of items included. Dining hall was spacious with a good view.

The entrance to the hotel can be brighter with some extra lights/plants to create a good impression.
