Breakfast must be changed also should have more variety and items must be of good quality

Nice small and cozy, 3 minutes walk from Taskim Square and Istiklal street. Clean in general. Very friendly and helpful staff. Taxi tram bus all walking distance. Food shopping all in minutes.

Just two things, pls do not serve same breakfast daily, must change at least every other day. 8 days I had same breakfast. Cleaning staff must not smoke cigarettes near to the stairs as smoke goes into rooms.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Havaist Bus stop, very close to Taksim Square yet not too noisy at night so we were able to sleep well. Also the hotel is not on a steep hill which is important as some roads are very steep in that area. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The ladies who tidied the rooms everyday were lovely and every single night we came back to comfortable beds with clean bedding, towels and a fresh bathroom. The hot drinks machine in the breakfast room was brilliant!

We paid for two rooms about two months before our stay but unfortunately one room was on the third floor and one was on the seventh floor. They were unable to change this for us during our stay so I would suggest letting the hotel know in advance if booking more than one room (if you need them together). Also the bathroom door in each room was made with heavy, frosted glass. It was a pain to open and close it and it also didn't offer the same level of privacy that a normal door would have done.

The location was awesome, helpful and nice staff, they clean the room everyday, variety of breakfast items

No kettel in the room The bathroom was not clean They where using leftovers from the day before for breakfast

Very close to Taksim square.Bed was neat and tidy and bathroom was clean. Mr. Turgai was very kind and helped us to arrange for Bosphorus and Bursa trip at a good price.

Everything was perfect!! Staff is very very kind and helpful, smiling all the time especially Ibrahim and Omer they were fantastic. Rooms were bigger than usual in istanbul, very clean very comfortable, if you ask them for something they immediately bring it . Spa is amazing with a very nice service. Breakfast is very delicious, as a vegan I didn't expect to find anything to eat but I was wrong they're were little vegan options. I would definitely book this hotel once again if I return to istanbul. Highly recommend.

Very clean hotel, they clean the rooms every day. Towels were changed every day. We were there for three days. On the second day our sheets were changed, which plesantly surprised us. The breakfast was delicious. Very good location, the staff is very kind, the next time we will stay there again.

The bathroom door creaked as it open. There was a smell of cigarettes on the floor, although smoking would be banned.

The staff is super nice, always happy to help if needed, and really good people. The location is great 10/10. The bus station from/to the airport is very close, markets, food, restaurants, pharmacy, money exchange, Metro everything is near. The hotel is clean and the rooms are clean. The cleaning lady was changing our sheets and towels every day and she was super nice. They have free coffee in the lobby.

I didn't like the juice they have for breakfast. doesn't tests good. Good to have an electric kettle in the room but we didn't have one. (but we had free coffee, so it was ok)

Very clean rooms, The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable Perfect breakfast: The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. The room was very comfortable, clean, veeeery friendly & cooperative staff and of course great location.

The bathroom shower was partially broken down. There was no kettle for tea and coffee jn the room
