The Owner and the reception was super friendly and willing to help more than you could imagine I was talking with the owner about a shopping place, and he offered me to come with me the get me a good price And he was super super friendly and I was traveling alone and I felt that I have a friend with me

Over all the quality Vs money is amazing as it is not expensive at all. So the room is small no elevator but for this money you got an amazing location 4 mints walking from the metro and breakfast. Yes it is not luxury but by the end of the day you get services more than the money you pay

The hotel is excellent if i go back to istanbol i will stay in the same hotel 1- Near to Metro Which make travelling easy and cheap travelling to every where i use it even to go to ist airport 2- staff working in reception is polite and helpful and dealing with customers in excellent way i would like to thank them Mr cahit and his brother 3- there reasonable breakfast i like the place especially the out side table where you can take nice photo with the sky and sun light Small hotel like home ♥️

Bathroom need more cleaning No elevator so not suitable for old age but it is fine to me I stayed in the second floor

The manager is very helpful. I overbooked by one day and the owner refunded the money with no issues. That staff are very helpful and give you all the information that you need and there is someone at the desk 24/7. They also booked me a taxi with a very good price to take me back to the airport for my departure. The hotel is very close to the tram and train stations, barely a 10 minute walk so travelling to different areas of Istanbul is very easy.

The location is near the metro and bus stations. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Istanbul!

Probably the absence of an elevator, however we were notified about that before, so no complaints

Location (5 min to metro Yenikapi and approx. 70-80 min to SAW by metro), staff, facilities (electric kettle with cups, always power-on fridge, silent air conditioner), small but well organized room, good and spacious isolated shower site. Good breakfast ("plate type"). Excellent value for money.

Soundproofing. There are no hangers or hooks for towels in the bathroom. Breakfast site a little bit small (rooftop).

I like here because the services of the hotel were much higher than our expectations, me and my friends enjoyed here with the staff of the hotel. Rooms are nice, very cleaned and the quiet was among us. People from the hotel is very friendly and if u don’t not what to do in Istanbul they will recomend the best places where to hang out, eat and drink.

The hotel is near the Metro station Yenikapi. Personnel is helpful. The room is basic but with comfortable furniture and everything you need. WiFi is perfect.

Breakfast is quite scarce. There is no soundproofing, and loud guests late in the evening can bother you.

This hotel is a great hotel for its price. The owner of the hotel, Mr. Adem, is a very hospitable and friendly person. The staff of the hotel are very friendly, attentive and professional! The breakfast is good, the cleanliness is good, the location is also good, it is very close to the "Yenikapı" metro station!
