What I liked about this place was that it offers a free parking on the premises. Moreover, the people in charge were very friendly and tried to help us in any possible way. Towels are changed daily, and cleaning is performed on a regular basis. Breakfast is almost the same every day, but consistent and good. Nearby there is a metro station and a tram station, which facilitated our movements through Istanbul.

The hotel is very good regarding the price and the position in the old city. It is only 4 minutes to Yenikapi metro station and 4-5 minutes to Aksaray tram stop. There is some free parking places around the hotel, which is a treasure in that area. The staff at reception is very useful, always there to help you with any kind of info. A special thank you to Serhat, who gave me always all the info i asked for. Breakfast is the same every morning, not very rich, but still OK. The coffee is not so good, but just around the corner from the hotel is a traditional very little restaurant where an old man serves a very good traditional Turkish coffee for the price of half a euro. The room is not so big, but in off for 2 adults and one kid. LCD TV 80 cm diagonal, with a lot of TV channels. Hot water all the time, view from my window to boulevard and Yenikapi station, but no problem regarding the noise. Many good restaurants and shops in the area.

The cleanliness of the room is something that should be improved - it was not done every day and it was not rigorous. A few groups of Ukrainian tourists, who were laughing and talking loudly even at midnight, disturbing the other tourists staying, some with small children.

the hotel was very good with some slight negative points. excellent breakfast and excellent location near metro, tramvay, and bus stations. clean and quiet.

one staff did not let us bring boiled water from the kitchen to our room, while the other one did. the street close to the hotel was very noisy when we opened the window. the refrigerator and TV did not operate well. maids wanted money. slippers were not comfortable at all, and on wet ground, we could have slipped and fallen down.

We traveled to Istanbul for the first time.Pick this hotel.It has a free parking at premises ,which can be arranged .So for us traveling by car was a very important.The staff at hotel are very helpful and nice.It is very near tube station within a short walk 3 min just across the road,So conection to move around Istanbul is easy and quick. It offers a very good buffet like breakfast which is tasty with great variety of foods and drinks. It is on main road with shops and restaurants.The room was very clean ,aircon works well,internet was fast .the beds were comfy .the little fridge was handy to cool a drinks .We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel in this vibrant wonderful city.we would recomend a cruise on the ship around Bosphorus to see sights and city.very impresive . we stayed just a few days on our travel from Bulgaria .But definitely would come back again to explore some more of the Istanbul.Thank you

Excellent location - Next to metos and busses. The staff were friendly also. Does speak and understand English. Breakfast was also delicious. WiFi was also excellent. Amazing beds aswell - Very comfortable. However, it would be very nice if the pillow on a single bed is the same as the ones provided for the double bed. There has often been where the pillow on the single bed was smaller. I do not quite know if it is conscious choice or not.

The frequency of cleaning our room. Our room was not cleaned every day. It also meant that hand and bath towels were not changed daily either

Super great, welcoming personnel! Always in touch, quick answers. Allowed us to check in really early, appreciate that!! Small good place for breakfast (you can find tasty omlette and veggies), good rooms. Small, but clean, no bad smells, a/c working well, good linen. Everything is functioning well, nothing was broken. I was prepared for not so good quality of sound isolation. But must say it was good as well. We didn`t hear much of surrounding rooms. Internet was good everywhere in the hotel. Didn`t have to go to lobby to catch connection. Worked from room. Location is not bad at all! Especially if need to go to Halkali station - it is perfect. Recommend it for a short stay definitely!

At breakfast, more people than tables.

Breakfast was good, not very broad variety of food but anyhow quite sufficient to have pleasant and calmful meal with your family... Our baby boy was having a baby chair and lots of attention from people working at restaurant / kitchen. Everyone was quite nice and friendly. Parking place, private... Option to put your stuff after check out... Smiles from the people, kindness. WiFi was good, without issues like poor connection, working issues, etc

Cat walking around the dining tables in restaurant, small number of tables (often one person was sitting for big table due to absence of small tables, then bigger groups were not able to sit together or were splitting, etc)

Excellent location, close to all transportation means (tram, metro, Marmaray train). Good breakfast, served in a space nicely decorated in a traditional turkish style. Hotel offers free parking place (a big advantage, difficult to find elswhere in Istanbul old town area). Existence of an elevator, considering that hotel has 6 floors.

Bath cleaning was superficial (not as expected for a 3 stars hotel). Noisy people chatting outside the hotel at 4-5 in the morning, at a nearby taxi station.

We travelled to Istanbul for the 2023 Champions League final so chose this hotel in the Yenikapi area for ease of access to the shuttle buses. It is just across a busy road ( there is a pedestrian footbridge) from a Metro station and was within walking distance of the Sultanahmet area so it’s location was perfect for us and for anyone who doesn’t want to stay in the more popular Taksim area It is very much in the traditional style decor-wise but the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern and everything worked. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There is a small shop and a couple of restaurants opposite. The immediate vicinity is lively with lots of traffic but with windows closed the room was perfectly quiet. The price was very reasonable, fantastic value for money
