First of all, a huge thank you to Mr. Metin, the reception desk manager for mornings. He was very helpful even tho we arrived way too early from our check-in time, but he made sure that we were comfortable and got our room ready very quickly. And he did the same for our check out because of having young child he said we can have late check out. A massive thank you to all the restaurant staff for great service, lovely breakfast, and very friendly staff and cleaning lady did fantastic job every day. THANK YOU SO MUCH GRAND SAGCANLAR HOTEL, for making our trip so enjoyable😊❤️🙏

It would be more helpful if staff spoke more English.

I liked the Hotel's location, Hotel structure and style, helpfull and kind staff, good and healthy breakfast, good room size and nice clean furniture. Clean separate bathroom with shower. Hotel has two elevators. Very nice view of the old city of Istanbul and part of the Marmara sea from your room's balcony. Owner of the hotel is very kind, he welcomed us into his hotel as a family. No Alcohol served in the hotel, breakfast or lobby but you are allowed to bring it into your own room and drink it there only which is great for those who are Muslims plus others who don't drink. Easy taxi services and tours in the city and other places are available at the hotel for reasonable prices. It's definitely designed for Family groups or tourists with children. No crazy, loud or funky music or unpleasant behavior by youth folks or teens are allowed at the hotel.

I wish if the staff could speak other languages like English or Arabic for easy communication. Only main receptionists and one more staff member spoke some English but others didn't. However, it wasn't a big issue.

The hotel staff looked after me and my interests during my stay. I was attending the Champions League Final. The location is perfect about 7 minutes walk to the fan zone and directly opposite the Yenikapi Metro station. The room on the sixth floor had views of the sea and the City. The room had a double and single bed. The shower was very good and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The AC worked brilliantly and kept the room cool throughout my stay of three nights. The hotel booked me a VIP taxi to SAW airport for a very decent price. The breakfast is adequate though I only used it once as slept in on Sunday and early morning flight Monday. All in all a very decent hotel with pleasant staff in an interesting area. Many cafes, restaurants and shops surround the hotel.

In general the hotel was very good and location is perfect. It was really easy to go to all historical places like Sultanahmet, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar etc. Housekeeping were cleaning and changing our towels, bed sheets every day. Breakfast is good 😊, staff very friendly, helpful and attentive. Especially we would like to thank Turanbey and Metinbey at reception, as well as Ms. Sibel and her colleagues in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay with Grand Sagcanlar Hotel 🙏🏼☺️👍

The breakfast at this place is wonderful, big thank you to the chefs who were baking the breads and things freshly. Good variety of food they have really recommend if you are with kids. The Air Con was good too as it was 30 C in Istanbul.

The service was some of the best I've ever received and even better than some 5 star hotels. The reception staff were so kind and willing to help with anything. Even the kitchen staff were great and they all went out of their way to help in anything we required The breakfast was not bad. It had everything you needed and there was enough of a range for the whole family to enjoy something.

The only to let it down is the amenities but in this part of Istanbul is understandable due to the lack of space to add things such as a pool or a gym but all the facilities they had were great and fantastic for the price

excellent customer service all staff are really nice, this is a best location very close to kfc ,burger king ,macdonald,glata tawer 5mlies , blue mosque 3 miles, hotel parking always available and staff will help you park a car every time, room r clean, i been there twice in 6 months with my family, because of central parking location and staff

The breakfast was amazing and so was the staff being very kind especially velat and also sibel and the chef Gul.We really loved the location and the staff Ali and Metin they were very helpful and gave us anything we wanted to use.The cleaner from Mardeen is very kind and helpful.

There wasn't anything except there was no signal in our room.

The hotel is located in a good area, very easy to travel to different places in Istanbul thanks to metro system. The staff are friendly, breakfast is good and the room was clean and quiet.

Our room did not have a proper fridge, nor a good air conditioner. It had one, but it did not work well, and made lots of noises that we prefered not to use it. Also, The bathroom shower was not in a good condition (almost broken).
