Clean and good staff

1- No water and towels was given for 4 days stay booked. It was given when i asked for cancellation. 2- The bed was not comfortable and very noise. 3- The Sofa was not comfortable and very noise. 4- The noise from other apartment is very clear. You can hear ppl talking, also the shower (water sound) from next apartment is VERY CLEAR. 5- No chairs in balcony. 6- School is very close to the apartment,you can hear the school bill you every hour till 6pm.

we booked few rooms in this complex, some of them we were very happy with (070), some needs a bit of improvement. In general, design is modern, apartment 2+1 are spacious with basic cooking facilities, close to the city center and the staff from newinn are available for communication and were there for any questions. They even sent us breakfast package. Swimming pool, sauna, hammam and the gym are nice to have and we enjoyed them.

The location is a bit outside of pedestrian routes, but you can order taxi or walk to Istiklal in 10 min. The school songs can be loud for some of the rooms. you can see signs of use in some apartments, it didn’t bother us too much though. It would be nice to have salt, pepper and oil and maybe dishwasher and laundry capsules. Room 212 had quite inconvenient pillows (hard and high). the guests will appreciate a pillow selection and some tips on how to order taxi (select cash with Uber or inDrive app) or grocery (getir)

The apartment was very clean, beautiful decoration, the location is good, near to Sheraton, and 30 min drive to downtown, near by are some restaurants that have local food and are very testy, the property manager was very helpful. I was in the apartment with a family of 4 people, so is very convenient for families.

the apartment came just with shampoo and soaps, however I needed to buy everything for the kitchen, will be awesome to have just a little amount of dishwasher soap, at list one coffee and sugar while we can go and buy something. taxi was difficult to get until We realized to download the locat taxi app!! after that the taxi prices decreased a lot and was pretty easy to get one.

The host/s were super friendly and responded quickly. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, everything very clean and modern. A vacuum cleaner and mob to clean the floor was there as well, which was definitely needed. The location was absolutely perfect, not too far from everything but far away to have some peace. The spa amenities were very nice as well, the pool was clean, the sauna and gym were nice as well.

There is not much negative to say about our stay, only some smalls things for optimation. It seemed like the whole building is somehow still here and there in construction ( elevators / entrance / etc.). To find the entrance was a bit confusing, same for the spa area. On the 1st floor there is a outdoor pool which is only accessible for certain guests being booked at that wing of the floor, which I find a bit unfortunate especially when the weather is nice outside. I totally understand that you book a "Apartment" not a "Hotel" but as a friendly gesture providing toilet paper without a charge would eventually be nice. But as I said, no mayor things. The apartments are stunning and the stay was a pleasure.

walls are not soundproof we can hear people in next room very clearly, there is no housekeeping during our stay. If you need someone to clean your room, you have to a pay extra money. The bed is very hard and not comfortable at all also, the bed in the second room where is small and not comfortable at all

The staff was very friendly. The apartment is very clean, and comfortable. All the furnishings and finishes are very high quality. The environment is very family-friendly.

The location is a bit far from Istiklal street. The way to get to Taksim and Istiklal is a very steep hill. There are no close metro stations to the complex, however there is a bus station very close by

The accommodation was nice and clean with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, there was enough plates/glasses/cutlery for all 4 of us. Also enough toiletries in both bathrooms. We didn't use spa/pool/gym, but it's definitely a plus that they are there. The whole building felt safe and secure.

They make you download an app to use as a virtual key with no option to have a physical key/token instead, which can't be done if you don't have a working phone number/roaming. Also, there was a hiccup with the check-in process as the room wasn't ready and was still being cleaned when we arrived and we had to wait 30 minutes to be allowed to leave our luggage inside, then left for some more time as the cleaners were still inside. Not ideal after a long trip when all you want to do is get some rest. The receptionist and supervisor were kind and apologetic and tried to help as much as possible though.

It was pretty close to the road and to bus stops which means getting transportation from one location to the next. It took about 15 minutes to walk to Istiklal street from the residence.

The door to the shower needed fixing. It could not be closed and so the floor kept on getting wet.

In general everything was fine. I really liked the system of electronic keys through the phone, it was convenient. Yes, sometimes it malfunctions, but it's still very nice that the owner is developing new technologies in his hotel. The pool and baths were good. The area is also good, to Taksim metro station on foot up to 20 min. Many thanks to Hadeer for caring 😊 She helped arrange a late check-in and was always quick to help with any questions.

It can be seen that sloppy guests lived in the room before me. The room near the bathroom was slightly flooded

Generally a good experience.

The drains were blocked all the time. Noone collected the trash. The hospitality manager is very efficient. She was specially helpful in recommending a doctor. But she was rude in things she had to say no too. We were recommended a hotel airport pickup stating it would be cheaper but it cost us almost double. On the way back taxi charged only 270 to the airport.
