The Hotel is in a good location! The room was very comfortable with all the facilities in good working order. There are a good number of restaurants very close by. All of the staff were exceptional 👏 Lovely place to stay close to the city centre! Would definitely be back!

We had to move hotels due to a cleanliness issue with the previous hotel we had booked, the staff at this hotel had no problem in accommodating us even at late hours. Very friendly. The room exceeded our expectations - warm, regular cleaning provided, amazing bathroom and overall a great experience.

I stayed in the Merdiani hotel for two nights. The room was very clean, all facilities were new and in good condition. Above all, the hospitality was outstanding. All the staff was very nice and I felt to be at home. My special thanks to Eiman . Hope to stay again there shortly.

The hotel is in very good condition,probably newly renovated,with modern interior and great lights.Rooms are clean and spatious,beds are very comfortable.The reception is kind and helpful,thankful for their advices about the stay.Breakfast is okay for the price you pay,but i suggest having buffet breakfast with the same products because not everyone eats what is served on the table.So make people choose what they want :)

The only remark i have is the street where the hotel is.The location itself is not bad because you are 10 min away from Taksim,but unless you move around with taxi,you will have to walk on a very steep uphill /downhill. Also the neigbourhood is poor and at night suspitios people walk around so it feels a little bit unsafe.A worker from a near market told us that vices are present on those streets and robberies too...Overall it is a good value for the money.

Lovely hotel at walking distance from many tourist sites: just a 10-15 mine alk to Istiklal. The road is quite steep but on the other hand, it's good for the condition :) Room service every day by a lovely lady, personnel very friendly and helpful - they even got me some medicine from the pharmacy as I got sick when I arrived to Istanbul. Big thanks to Omer, Eymen and Umida - your warm welcome and friendliness made my stay even better. All in all good value for money, close to the center, clean and modern.

The area is quite noisy (cars passing), but a couple of earplugs ensured me get a good night sleep.

This hotel is great and I doubt that you can find a better option for this price. It’s very clean and very good taste in interior design. You get your towels changed every two days. Free tea, coffee and water anytime you need it. The breakfast is good, personally. It’s a typical Turkish breakfast, so don’t go around searching for other hotels just because of the breakfast. The location is great. You walk 5 minutes uphill and you’re in Taksim Square. Also, if you’re in Fatih or the Asian Side, you can get a bus that gets you directly across the street of the hotel. (EM1 and another bus that I’ve forgot, but you can find it on Google Maps) Just around the corner there is 24/7 bakery and across the street there is a Starbucks. The staff is great and they know very good English. I don’t know the name of the guy who checked us in but you were great, keep up the good job! This is by far one of the greatest options if you want to stay in Taksim.

It was clear that the hotel rooms had been newly renovated. That's why they were clean and tidy. There was no special noise and it was suitable for resting. Of course, it seems that the sound insulation between the walls of the rooms was not very suitable. Do not expect much from the breakfast. You do not have the right to choose. The most important part of the hotel reception staff were very friendly and well behaved, especially Mr. Eymen who always had a smile on his face. The rooms were cleaned and arranged daily. The rooms did not have a refrigerator.

Extremely friendly staff they are always happy to help with any requests. The location is amazing and so is the price. The rooms are a bit on the small side but well maintained and cozy they don't feel cramped. Free coffees and tea are always available in the reception area. Would recommend to anyone that wants to stay in taksim square. Exceptional!!!

1. The internet was a bit iffy, it came and went so it was not stable but we used our mobile hotspot so not an issue for us. 2. Drinking water bottles are not included in the room, you have to buy them

The location is perfect, it is a quick 10 minute walk to the nightlife and restaurant area but is far enough away that it is quiet at night and you can buy cheap local food within a 1 minute walk. It is recently renovated and very stylish. I loved the lighting under the bed and the style of the rooms. The reception is always manned by friendly staff and they can expertly answer any questions you might have and are a great source of local knowledge. The vibes are chill but professional, knowing that such a friendly team works there made me feel at ease, their English is also very good. I will be staying with them again anytime I travel to Istanbul. :)

I liked everything, I have nothing bad to say.

+ ROOM appeared MODERN and stylish and was overall quite CLEAN + WIFI worked fine and was fast enough + PRICE overall was fair, given that it was the Bayram weekend

- BREAKFAST was a huge disappointment - the few products that they served (like cheese or sucuk) seemed like they had been left out in the heat for considerable time without refrigeration, the coffee tasted bad, the small banana slices were very overripe and even the olives looked dry/old (although normally it is very easy to find good olives everywhere in Turkey) - AIR CONDITION was leaking water and had to be repaired after the first night - hotel LOCATION is not in the best neighborhood and at the bottom of a longer (partially very steep) hill that has to be climbed in order to get towards Tasksim (20 min walk) or Istiklal Street (10 min walk) - we knew about it and it was not a big issue for us, but for older people (or for those who can't walk well) the location is not advisable
