I really appreciate very nice and pleasant person, always smiling and helpful. I also have to praise the comfortable bed and tasteful breakfasts.

Despite the very tasteful meal, the breakfasts were not always pleasant because it looked like the battles for places to eat in a busy time (8:15-8:45). Unfortunately, the capacity of dining room is quite underestimated, so it can easily happen that you will not have the place to eat there.

The stuff was very kindly and help for every thing,the breakfast was very good.the hotel location is in silent area,good value for money.

We were 3 person in room and the room was small for three.

Ali Öztürk was an amazing host. He was very cooperative, guided us well , really hardworking. Thank you very much . There was one more Ali (junior) , he was a very good boy as well. Made the stay very comfortable. Will come back again

They should improve the breakfast , more variety needed . The lady attendant at the breakfast was very hardworking , very friendly and was doing her job well.

The position was very nice very close to the Taksim Square and to a very friendly area full of restaurants and markets. The food at breakfast was very good, fullfilling for several hours. It was pretty much the same food everyday but this wasn't an issue for us.

The paper towel and towels weren't changed for the entire time spent there. They were changed at our demand.

Great location, nice personal. Almost all was great. to other travellers: transfer from the new airport cost 50 euros

Breakfast will be fine for a couple of mornings. For a long stay it seems that there is small choice of dishes.

The hotel is located at a walking distance from Taksim Square and from the havaist bus station. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. There has been a small problem in the first night as Booking did not comunicate to the hotel the change of dates, but they tried their best to solve the issue. I recommend it.

We loved the hotel as a family . The location is perfect - just opposite of Hilton hotel- in one small street. Rooms are tiny, but very clean. Breakfast is Ok, more than expected. There was a problem with parking /no hotel parking/ but there are parking areas in the vicinity. Even they were full, the receptionist accompanied us to find a parking spot. He was nice and helpful. There are many restaurants and shop around... It's worth my money.

We wanted to try Turkish bath at the hotel. We booked for 3 people. But the people there do not want to work, do not speak English, Russian, etc ... Even the reseptionist try to communicate. They should not take reservations! So, do not use this service - Turkish bath at the spa - there are only lazy people at the spa......

Location, staff and facilities exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very close to the Istanbul Congress Center, and Taksim square, and hence suitable for people attending conferences at these places. Wonderful restaurants and shopping centres are closely too. Front desk staff, Mr. Ali Ozturk went out of the way to help me in all my needs. That was exceptional.

The breakfast was too bland for a person coming from India and used hot and spicy food. But, It is not a complaint. Wish hotels could offer some international breakfast items based on the guests and their origin countries.

Located near the airport bus stop, so very easy access. Close to the underground and 1 minute from the nearest bus stop. Only steps away from a main street, nextdoor to a tiny kebab place that seemed to be open 24/7. Two supermarkets just around the corner. Comfy bed, clean room with fridge, instant coffee+tea+water provided. Nice local breakfast, great wifi. TV. Hot water in the shower. Felt safe although travelling alone.

Occasional smell of cigarette smoke coming into the room and the breakfast room. Waking up to prayers from the mosques at odd hours, but traveling is about experiencing new things, so can't relly think of this as a negative after all.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, clean and tasty. The location was very close to taksim square and istiklal street so very convenient. I would definitely recommend!

The keys for the doors kept deactivating for security purposes. It kept us safe however just frustrating at times to know to activate the card everyday after a long day. The bathroom had a horrible smell, we had to keep the door shut at all times!
