they upgraded my room for free! it was a good stay, staff were friendly, room was big. had all the utensils. location is great. it’s not in a busy part , the road is quiete but it’s a cheap hotel,so it’s worth it. your literally 15 mins walk from Nisantasi city centre and Taksim square.

my room wasn’t always cleaned, I was there for 9 nights, was expecting room service to clean daily but they cleaned for like 6 nights. i had to always call and remind them. also not everyone can speak English.

The staff was really helpful. They provided us with stove top and kitchen stuff that we needed to make for breakfast and tea. The receptionist were extra polite and helpful. The staff overal was very present and efficient.

The place needs bit of tweaking and renovation. Rooms need through cleaning because we found some undergarments under our bed while searching for our baby's toy. The location is on a road that has a lot of auto workshops. Not a very pleasent location for tourists who like to stroll and walk to and from apartments.

The only area i was comfortable with, staff were very helpful, smiling and professional. The room.was big spacious, with sofa inside. The management of this hotel was very understanding, they waived the government surcharge VAT value which came later, after i had already cleared my bill earlier. The hotel is near Istanbul Congress Centre, TAKSIM, Harbiye Centre. The room cleanliness was daily except Sundays. They deserve my.best recommendation.

The breakfast was good and the location for me was perfect considering the places that I scheduled to visit.

I was not happy with the fact that the room I booked was not exactly what I was given.

Have been here for two weeks and I loved it. It became a home for me. The staff and all the personal where VERY helpful and gave me all I needed. Spared me a breakfast when I left for more days and forgot to pay for it. Gave me household tools I needed and so on. Everything looks the same as on photos. It’s very clean. And no smell. The location is very magic and atmospheric as if you are in city and countryside in it. The streets around are some elite and some are authentic and very beautiful. The price is the same as everywhere, but I recommend this place. Because you will get best service and what you see on photos with no bad surprises. The personal is very polite, hardworking and cute. The place is quite 99% inside. The windows pretty soundproofing. Good air conditional. No smells or hot and stuffy nights. Great shower. The waters temperature doesn’t change much by it self, so you will not get burned or freezed. Good breakfast. It’s taste and you get it fast, but it is 90% the same. Personal knows english and some know russian. The internet is very fast and 100% uptime. There is a cable internet too. Not only Wi-Fi. It was a great surprise for movies on laptop at evenings. The location is good if you like to walk or get taxi. The bus is not very close. The security of the rooms are great, no one will be able to open the door and go inside with out you. There are locks but I guess you don’t need them. They are strict with visitors and it’s 100% safe here. Plus there is a strongbox in the room. I enjoyed everyday of staying here, because I had to work a lot inside. The service is wonderful and they will help you out anytime and can give you what you need. If you don’t like something just tell them, they will be happy to help.

The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful ! The room was very spacious. The location is very central. It is just a fifteen minutes walk to the Taksim Square, which is the most important square in Istanbul. All the night clubs are in walking distance. In just 30 minutes by car you are in the Hagia Sophia and in ten minutes at the Bosphorus.

The room was big and comfortable. Staff were so helpful and nice, they do speak English and they guided us whenever we had a question.

The location was so far from Taqsim square by walk, about 25 mins and because Istanbul is a big city and you need a lot of energy during the day I see 25 mins by walk is too much to get bus station. The neighborhood is a little bit crowded. The price a little bit was high. Anyhow still is not a bad choice.

all the staff including Karem were soo helpful. anything you need they are on hands 24/7. this is actually great considering the price. my room honestly was soo good- very spacious clean and again for the price was brilliant!

I wish they had toothpaste and toothbrush - more toiletries basically. but they give the essentials- shower gel shampoo and some detergent thing. they do provide towels and slippers.

The facilty , the staff, the location everything were super.

Super hoter Dear all , I advice visitors to come over here ferman apart hotel. The hoter small but very clean . The good thinks i can say that all staff were friendly and supportive specially mr kerem the manager who helped me a lot in each step this is my first time coming to turkya. And this will be not the last time as i like the country and the place where i was leaving (ferman apart hotel).

The staff and the property were really amazing ! When I say amazing I mean AMAZING.. Helpful and thought about everything ! We had a bad experience with the hotel next door at our arrival at 10pm , so I just googled the closest one - Ferman hotel. The reception guy gave us the deluxe room to compensate the other hotel and to cheer us up, helped us with parking, bags and etc. The Hotel has also super cheap massages and breakfast! This place is definitely worth it . will be back there 100%
