It was great location and 3 min to taksim, also it was save for family and kids, at all day time. And staff was really helpful 100%. They will help and advise you to make your trip easy and windfall. Also the room was really save to keep your important things like self doc. And money.

I don't know where to start from. Do I start from the room or the staff. To be honest the staff is absolutely exceptional. Honestly the hotel's general manager Mr. Hasan and his team are great. these are a team of love, respect and honour... I was welcomed each day with a smile and warm greetings. I surely will miss once I leave. I actually extended my stay due to how good the experience was. I'm a genius level 3 on booking. I would like to thank everyone again

The location is about 2-3 minutes walking distance from Taksim square where you can find all kind of public transports , as well as Istiklal streets and dining restaurants and shopping boutiques . staffs are kind and polite and try to help as well as they can .

a little bit old but comfortable . some of room facilities was old also . but totally it was fine for my 5 nights stay . in this price and location it is a good option to stay in

The host, Hassan, was the best example of turkish hospotality. We could write to him about anything we needed, he made sure our stay was confortable and provided all the info we required. There are a lot of restaurants, street food, markets in the area and also public transportation. For Sultanahmet we took the funicular, and the tramvay. If you are planning to work there, it has very good Wi-Fi. We had no problems during merting calls and exporting large databases.

The area itself is pretty crowded and loud, and the near by mosque has some amplifiers on the building next to Central Suites, so we could hear the call to prayer at 4 AM too clearly. Also, the terrace room is cosy, but keep in mind that there is also a pretty loud water pump on the terrace. I imagine that shoudn’t be a problem in other rooms. I would also like to recommend the host a very thorough cleaning of the room, like scrubbing surfaces, because this particular room seemed to only have benefited from superficial cleaning. All in all, I would recommend staying here, it is good value for money and Hassan makes up for the small disadvantages.

Location of hotel was excellent, 5 min to go to metro station Taksim. Room was clean, hotel owner Hassan bey was friendly and he helped me on COVID test (PCR), organized a doctor to the hotel to take PCR test one day before my departure. Sent link of nearby restaurants, cafes where we can eat breakfast, dinner etc., also online shops.

This is honestly the most caring and accommodating hotel I’ve ever been to. Everyone there genuinely wants to make your visit to Istanbul the best it can possibly be. They care not just about your comfort in the residence, but also about your ability to explore the city with ease and get the most out of it. And I haven’t even mentioned how great the location is yet! Very lively, great food, close metro, but the hotel is just out of the way enough that none of the noise makes it to your room.

The location is excellent and the service is excellent, the hotel location is close to everything.

The service, the cleanliness and the help from staff exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived to when I left the service was equivalent to a 5 star hotel. Hasan and team were so lovely, kind and attentive. This by far has been the best hotel I have stayed in because of the staff and service.
