Checked in at 12:30 earlier than regular time, clean room , comfortable and not noisy, good value for the money, location is perfect

A friend visited me around 11 pm , the receptionist was not happy about it, he asked my friend ID to keep it with him, after 1 hour the reception man knocked on my room door asking my friend to leave, although we were making noise or disturbing anyone ... It was very embarrassing 😔 , to be honest other reception shifts were very polite and nice specially morning one

Overall excellent accommodation 9/10 Staff 10/10 : Young staff so helpful Location 10/10 : calm area and 2 minutes walking to busy area as Taksim Square et Istiqlal Street. Metro line 2 is 5 minutes walking, taxis and buses stations are 3 minutes walking, area full of good restaurants and nice coffee shops Room 8/10 : good enough with confortable mattress TV program : Need of Arabic Channels Bathroom 7/10 : Need more cleaning, stains are there but OK at all Lift is available 👌

Great location, just 1 minute walk from Taksim square, few minutes walk from İstiklal street (main shopping street), and about 10 minutes walk to the airport bus stop. Also, very near to bus and metro lines to get to other parts of the city. Staff are very welcoming, professional, friendly and will help you with any information you might need about İstanbul. The bed is also very comfortable and there's a fridge inside the room which is always a bonus. We are looking forward to stay here again when we return to İstanbul in the future.

Absolutely everything! Great location, very close to Taksim square, Istiklal street, metro and bus stops... The room was well equipped with all you need even for a long stay. The breakfast was good. One morning I asked for some juice and they brought it to me every next morning with breakfast. But I have no words to express my gratitude to the receptionists who were extremely kind, friendly and helpful! The receptionist Bariş has even transported my luggage to Havaist bus stop! I higly recommend this place and I'm sure to be back.

From the moment I walked in I was treated with smiles and attentiveness even though it was really late at night when I arrived. If I needed to know anything the staff (and Dogan in particular) were always on hand to help with anything. I felt at home and comfortable and for the first time visiting Turkey it made what would have been a great experience, exceptional. I can't suggest then highly enough. If you want the perfect trip to Istanbul, make sure you stay here!

the location is just perfect within the proximity of all what a guest need (food joints, fruits joint, the all day all night long busy taksim street for shopping with brand name stores, religious center for five time daily prayers and 2 min walk to metro station, friendly staff, the room has kitchenet laundry machine and the prices is just right

The hotel is compact and has everything we need. Water cooker, plates, cutleries and washing machine are in the room. It is also perfectly located near taksim square. The breakfast is served in the room on a tray, it was sufficient to start the day.

Our neighbor was loud and combined with the noise from the street is pretty annoying. They didn't clean the room and we can't wash the plates ourselves (no sponge) but it was ok for us since we stayed only 2 nights.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Taksim square and had a great experience. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. One thing that really stood out was the washing machine in the room - it was incredibly helpful to be able to do laundry without having to leave the hotel. Additionally, the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even mentioned that the building had been checked for earthquake resilience, which gave me peace of mind during my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!
