We stayed here for 10 nights and enjoyed our stay! The rooms were comfortable and clean and the balcony view was lovely and nice for relaxing in the evening. The location was very convenient for accessing all metro, trams and funicular etc. We didn’t love Taksim square itself however this had nothing to do with the actual hotel. We had a couple of problems with our original room due to unusually heavy rain however this was sorted quickly by management and we were given a free upgrade for a couple of nights while the problem was fixed! Overall it was fantastic value for money and the staff were SO kind!!

We did have unresolved problems with the wifi for the last couple of days, however the staff did do their very best to sort this out.

Fantastic location, lovely room design, The host was brilliant, one the best I have met so far. Emre was always available, his responses were prompt and generous. He offered to upgrade our room since the one we had was opposite a street light that made the room too lit during the night despite using the blinds.

No thing major I know the host can not control the environment around the hotel, however it may be a good idea to install some form of dark blinds or curtains for the rooms facing the luminescent street. Otherwise It was great hotel

Rooms are a little small, but that's typical of boutique hotels in Turkey.

location was very central close to Taksim square and all the metro links from there. Istiklal street was merely 2 minutes walk away Pre arrival communications with Zeynep were very good. Room was very comfortable etc Would recommend for those coming to Istanbul and who want to be very central to everything.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff, fast wifi. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish and roomy. Great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The Row Hotel, just remember this name for the best hotel in Taksim. I have stayed here many times before and they have never disappointed me. All receptionists and managers are very friendly and extremely helpful. The location of the hotel is great. The room has everything you would need and very clean. They always make me feel so comfortable. Housekeeping service is available everyday. you just need to put the cleaning sign on the doorknob, otherwise they will never enter into your room without your permission. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to everyone!!

everything is perfect

Everything was excellent. The bed was so comfy and the staff was super helpful and always there whenever you need. The wifi was super fast and I really want to thank to this hotel right from my heart to make my stay so perfect <3 Regarding location, I can say that you are really in the heart of Istanbul! I am definitely coming back to The Row Taksim Hotel!!!

There is nothing that I didn't like.

The rooms are very clean, with smart design that makes it feel cozy. The staff is very kind and go out of their way to help and make you feel welcomed. The owner of the hotel put so much effort in meeting our requests. The location is fantastic, it is only few minutes away from Taksim square. and the street to taksim is not steep. Also they were transparent about not having an elevator but the owner helped us book a room in the ground floor which was very kind of him.

The property is conveniently located very near , just 5 mins walk to the Taksim Square and the happening Istiklal street . we stayed for a total of 3 days . The owner Mr. Emre was very helpful and available at all times for any queries . Thank you and keep up the good service ..

Spacious, well lightеd, and clean room. It's 10 min. from Taksim Square - a vibrant location, but the place itself is very quiet. Our room was under the roof and had a broad view of the city from the balcony.

No lift. Climbing the stairs wasn't a problem for us as we didn't have much luggage.
