Nice big room with bath, big bed with big TV, good mirrow in shower, Little gym but if you need bigger gym you can walk to shopping centre Fit station and have a good traning in the gym for 60 tl per day, nice swimming pool with jacuzzi. Location is good if you have a car, its free parking.

Housekeeping is so bad, in 7 days they only clean our room once... dirty windows, its really good hotel, only cleaners doing really bad job, I will give this hotel 10 out of 10 but will put 9 only becouse of housekeeping.

After 11 no one answer the phone ! To swim you have to warry cap ...they will provide cap for money ..!!!

I booked 2 double rooms for 1 night on 29/4/2023. After finishing our tour we arrived at the hotel at 19:00 apoximately. The unpolite, sassy and cheeky personel at the reception made our checkin. One paid by card. My room paid cash in euros. My room was booked for 69 euros. i gave him 70 euros and he did not return the change. He acted like he forgot it. it is not the worth of 1 euro but a behaviour of trying to steel the change is not good. My thought was to live the 1 euro for tip anyway. But not this way. Really unpolite. Bad impression from a really good hotel. i felt vey disappointed.

The view, the breakfast and restaurant, spa and fitnes center ware perfect! Personal also perfect. Rooms pretty good.

Hard to reach the location, cleanliness can be better at the rooms.

rooms are modern, reception was really nice. location was great for 212 outlet, mall of istanbul, not very far from the airport

kettles were rusty, some dirty spots that werent cleaned, some general housekeeping was overlooked

wonderful hotel , staff are super nice we had an issue in the room when we check in however Salih had changed it and free upgrade our room.

location is difficult to access , just on highway

The room was quiet and we were able to make it dark with the curtains, which meant that whole family slept very well. The pool are was nice and there were very few people there so there was space to swim.

The hotel is not in the map, and that is a problem for taxis and uber. Maybe the management could connect these services (Google Maps, Uber, other applications that taxis use) and try to put the hotel in the map. It would make reaching the location more convenient. There were also some strange rules, such as the rule that one needs to buy a 100 liras bathing cap in order to access the pool. The pool and jacuzzi bath were nice though.

The furniture is a bit old and location needs taxi to move around, nothing within walking distance.

this is my best hotel choice in Istanbul ، the hotel is clean and I had an amazing stay , with the best stuff ,, the manager is a good person , then Mr,Emir he is the best staff person I have ever met ,he is so polite and helped me a lot during my stay , rabia and batul are also good .I recommend this hotel for any one visiting Istanbul , and I am coming back soooon to you guys 🌹 thanks a lot EMIR FOR YOUR HELP and I recommend the management to upgrade this person to a higher position

the staff was great especially at the restaurant. the best staff in the restaurant was Mehmet and Ali. and the room was big and it had a great view of Istanbul. . and the master bathroom was good and was clean. there's also a view there at the master bathroom. overall it was super good!

the only things the cleaning staff , they don't clean the room good .
