We booked 2 bed room suite for 7 days and it was great experience. Staff are very polite. Breakfast is good but it was the same options everyday. But in general it was worth it for the value.

Location is good for near by malls but for Taksim or sultan ahmed area it takes around 50 minutes by car, you will always stuck in traffic

The rooms were so unkempt and the toilets were so dirty. The cleaners don't clean the rooms and bathrooms. Found used cotton buds under the beds when I entered the room.

Exellent hotel clean The staff is professional Everybody says hello all smiling Security is good Hotel has a big secured parking At the reception desk MAZLUM was a great help at getting us two rooms close even though the reservation were at differnt time All staff is young and motivated good workers dedicated to the satisfaction of the customers The rooms were clean and awesome Also i thank at the réception desk Mert and kendal All professional and speak different languages Hotel is close to the mall of istanbul which is good Taxi are available Definitely recommand it The building is high 30 floors Definitely will come back again Everything was smooth

Everything at the hotel was above and beyond my expectations it was also quiet and not too busy

The location. Due to the long one way highways you cannot walk to even the closest points of interests such as a shop or mall instead it takes a very long time in the taxi. Also there are many rush hour periods such as 3-8pm where the roads are so busy and taxi fares are expensive so planning is required. U can see things from the hotel but there are no walking routes to get there :(

Love the staff and room size we stayed at residence so had a studio size room with 2 bathrooms sofa full kitchen and large. The lovely lady handling customer relations checked up on us daily at breakfast and rectified any issued immediately. All staff speak english so much easier to communicate.

Not a big issue but they’ve changed the pool opening times from 6 am to 10am prefer swimming before breakfast.

I love everything about this property. I had a mishap with my driver to take me to the airport and a staff name HAMDULLAH helped me. He helped me get another taxi and loaded our 15 bags in the taxi. Thank you HAMDULLAH i really appreciate. Also their janitor OZCAN and manager MAHMET were amazing. Clean room and changed sheets all the time. If i ever come back to istanbul i will definately stay here and i specifically want HAMDULLAH to handle all my affairs. Amazing hotel, aamazing staff. Everything was good.

Mr. Ali Umut was very welcoming and helpful every morning at the breakfast buffet even though the Restuarant was jam packed with patrons.

There was dust all over our apartment and both my wife & son have allergies ….

They should provide extension for charging mobiles and washroom should have hand shower not commord shower.hotel should have outside sitting area in open air

Clean and new

No trash location and the main way between the rooms is full of trash. The apparent next to me has had trash in front of his door for a week. And room services do not want to clean until he paid for cleaning.
