I arrived late to the hotel after getting off a delayed flight from UK. As an ex-hotelier, meeting the Night Auditor on the reception desk is always a good sign of a well run hotel. Volkan was friendly and welcoming, very efficient and smartly dressed. He dealt with my enquiries with a positive attitude and communicated excellently in English. I checked out early before breakfast and he offered me food from the cafe display. I asked for a taxi that arrived in less than a minute. Overall a very pleasant stay, Volkan Ozgor was a credit to the Ramada brand.

The place is nice and quiet in the lobby. The staff are helpful and kind and you can ask for help from them. The hotel is directly facing the Mall of Istanbul and you can walk within 10 minutes. For those interested in Turkish furniture, next to the mall, there is a huge gathering center for the owners of Turkish factories and lighting, so stay in this hotel to be close to the place.

I did not like the degree of sound insulation of the rooms...you can hear your neighbor's phone in the next room...Basin Express Street is next to you and it is a crowded street 24/7...the offer did not include breakfast...I paid for breakfast for one day to compare it with other hotels that I stayed..it was acceptable but very simple: 3 types of bread, two types of fruits, two types of juice, and some appetizers... If you are going for tourism purposes only, the hotel will be far away and transportation is difficult by bus (to the city center the trip is about an hour and a half). ...But if you are traveling to shop from the mall and trade, it is a suitable place

Everything was fine! Cleaning service works like invisible mans. Breakfasts and menu dishes maybe not various bit tasty and delicious. At 23:00 restaurant is close and you will need to find a place to eat if you are hungry. Yes, not all personal is speacking english. Yes, it was a bit easier to speack with hostes, who was here during check-in. Yes, it's not fare from airport and close to Mall of Istanbul, but much more far to the city center and main sightseeings. It's a very good lace to stay if you have an intetests in this part of the city!

Nothing.I choose the hotel right for my needs. SPA salon was clean, but there was no music during seans. It was not relaxing at all even I asked medical massage.

The room are very nice and clean. The location was a bit tricky as it is very further from the centre of Istanbul, and the description of the location lead us to some streets wrongly.

The staffs are actually really friendly but we had to pick up our car in a vey distance location, and had to carry our luggage waking in the rain all the way to get there.

The hotel is great, location on easy walking distance from Metro stations and Mall of Istanbul. Breakfast was great, the rooms are spacious and furnished well. There is also a convenient private parking, if needed.

The staff at the reception could have been a little bit more polite and helpful.

This was a one night stop at the end of our Turkey trip and we planned half a day to visit Mall of Istanbul before going to the airport. Location for this was perfect - A short walk to the mall and a short drive to the airport of 30 minutes. The staff were helpful. We were a family of 4 adults and we were given the Presidential suite. It was good and comfortable but do not get carried away with the name - we had 2 bedrooms and a common bathroom with no windows but a small corridor overlooking the lobby.

This hotel is a true hidden gem. I don't know if I was so lucky to get a good deal, but price/quality was great. The room was very clean and spacious, got everything it is supposed to have (hair dryer, fan), linen was also white and crisp. Breakfast was ok, I'm not that foodie, but to me it was more than enough - a lot to choose from and everything is fresh. Staff was super friendly and speaks English (yes, it is still an issue for Turkey). Mall of Istanbul is just across the street - nice to go shopping.
