Definitely my favourite hotel in Istanbul. I love food here, as for me they serve the best bakhlava in town. Nice traditional Turkish food, amazing view and friendly staff. I’m in love with breakfast here, they will cook whatever you want for breakfast and nice selection of fruits. I enjoyed the view and ambiance in general

I’ve tried Spa here. quality of massage is excellent, hamam is wonderful but there was just one thing that I didn’t like about having SPA at Kempinski. After massage is finished you’re sitting in a very noisy and busy area between reception and changing room. it’s a little bit annoying. I’ve been to lots of places and I used to spend thes after massage time in more private areas with a cup of tea

Stayed for 2 nights, suprised my mother for mothers day and we loved it. First time staying at the Palace. Breakfast was immaculate and fit for a king in other words. In the evening there was the Gazebo Restaurant we spent our time there for all options of fine dining to desserts. The palace staff members was a special part of the stay as they exceeded our expectations in all areas. The rooms view was the best part of all, Bosphorus day and night views The amenties were so generous and the entire stay was perfect. Would rebook again definetly!

At a number of previous stays I always liked the breakfast buffet with very many offerings and food options. As the hotel is undergoing a redecoration in the regular breakfast location they have cut back on their offering at the present location even so it would have more than enough space to do so. I am not a heavy breakfast eater but liked the choices offed in the past. I missed it this time .

The spa was not nice for the lady : 1- who make to me the Turkish bath she was very good . 2- the area of the women spa was not confutable. 3- one of the stuff looking behind the Turkish bath when we are insaid!?!? 4- moving from the bokar room to another room for the Turkish hamam then moving belong to the reception to go for the changing room ?!!! It’s was uncomfortable.

Beautiful marble clad hotel and in a stunning location along the bospherus. we had a lovely suite overlooking the greenery aswell as a private butler. Our room was topped up daily with Turkish treats and the interior of the hotel is ornate and exquisite!

the room service left much to be desired! for a high end hotel we were very disappointed with the quality. the terrace restaurant was also very mediocre and had more of a pool side menu. the fine dining seemed “ok”.

The staff are really helpful.

The extras such as airport shuttle are 10 times higher than the local price same for the boat excursions!The mentality is to rip off the guests: if you can afford this hotel then we can charge you anything we want!

Truly exquisite hotel in every sense. The check in experience was warm and efficient, the staff are very helpful and well informed on the hotel facilities. The actual property is stunning and well maintained. You don't feel like leaving! Breakfast was fantastic. And of course the rooms were super comfy with tasteful Ottoman inspired fit out and then view of the Bosphorous topped it all off.

Hotel location while a nice area with gun barrel views of the water, is a little far from the main attractions of the city- i.e the historical sites of Sultanamet and Pera/Karakoy or the shopping and entertainment in Nissatansi. Need to take a lot of taxis which are not fun when navigating through the very steep and windy roads of Istanbul

This is a fantastic location, right on the Bosphorus, although not in easy walking distance to the city. The hotel incorporates an Ottoman era palace, which has two restaurants in it. I strongly recommend the Octopus with sour cherry puree at the Turkish restaurant. The hotel area successfully maintains the old world palace feel of the incorporated palace. The staff are a major part of this. They provide friendly, helpful service at any time and were a major part of the positive economy. Breakfast on the terrace or afternoon tea on the terrace next door were both greatly enhanced by the never ending spectacle of the ships traversing the Bosphorus. It was a great hotel to spend a holiday.

The staff attitude towards the guests was very polite specially sister Samira, she was smiling, helping guests and dealing with them as her family. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was simple, rich and diverse The view on Bosphorus was imaginary
