The hotel is situated in a prime location near Aksaray tram station and it is very convenient to either walk or take a tram to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand bazaar, Istanbul University, Topkapi Palace, Gulhane Park, Spice bazaar, near Galata tower and many more. Breakfast was a good experience to try their local food. The hotel staff are very helpful and respectful especially from the reception team Orhan, Abdullah (Superman), Abbas, Volkan and Housekeeping staff Melike. Facilities within the room was good like toiletries were provided every single day, towels, tea and water. Heating was working in the room. There are dark out curtains in the room and you could literally sleep longer than usual. The hotel was busy and full with people. Lots of families were staying at this hotel too. All the staffs are trustworthy. We had a lovely time in Delta hotel hope to visit the same hotel again very soon InshaAllah and visit many more places in Turkey 🇹🇷. Thank you to all the people mentioned above for looking after us and treating us well.

The position of the hotel was excellent regarding to metro & tramway & bus stations..the room was big as i have family and the bathroom was very clean.. their breakfast was good contain diverse food with nice sea view..the reception was cooperative at the moorning shift..but at night not so much. The room was clean with excellent cooling system.

There was a restorant beside the hotel has very laud disturbing speakers that prevent us from sleeping it was very bothering thing.. generally it was very nice hotel

We were a group of 9 people who stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was centrally located with the Aksaray tram stop just a 5 minute walk away. From there we used to take tram T1 to visit all the main tourist attractions. There were a lot of dining options nearby which were open till late. The breakfast was really good with a lot of options, even for vegetarians. The rooms were cleaned every day of our stay. All the staff were friendly and courteous, especially Orhan, the reception manager. Overall, it gave us very good value for money.

The wi-fi service could be a bit better.

This time we are here with my family we booked triple bed room , was big and wide room We like it so much , clean , nice view and soft beds Bathroom was good The breakfast was delicious and varied with many choices of cheese, eggs, vegetables and bread I really appreciate Mr. Orhan supervisor of the recipient was so helpful and never annoyed from our questions , he provide to us a Mercedes van car to airport with a great price Thanks to the luggage carrier , Brother Abdullah, who helped us a lot with everything we needed and was patient with us I always highly recommended to stay in this wonderful hotel .

All are perfect and good shape

The location of the hotel is excellent. To get around Istanbul it's the best way to get public transportation, so location is very important. Metro, tramvay, bus and etc. is all around 5 minutes away. The hotel rooms is very clean. We was staying in hote for one week and they change every single day bedsheets towels, soap's, toilet papers and etc. The breakfast was amazing. So much food and so much option for eats and drinks. The hotel staff are professional, they are very friendly, very kind and helpful specially Mr. Orhan and Abdullah. I must say that Abdullah is a very special person who is always there to help, to explain, to offer tea, coffee or water. I would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his service and friendship. Also the hotel offers the transportation from and to airports for a very good price. The rooms is little bit small at first sight when you enter the room but you cannot have have everything. When you see the Istanbul and see how many peoples are in and how the city function you will realize that room's are good size.

The staff were friendly, especially Abbas, Volkan, and Mert. Abbas is very calm and helps with everything quickly. Volkan is friendly and knows Arabic, so it's much easier for Arabs to deal with him. Mert is kind and finds a solution to problems Breakfast was fine, but they need to improve it.

what bothered me the most was the opening of the room door by housekeeping, although the "don't disturb" button was on.

I like their friendliness, attention to detail, neatness, and their breakfast ( the omelette). Also they've enough space.The location is perfect, easy access to metro and stores. The rooms are always clean. There is drinkable water in d room after every room is clean. I find that very thoughtful of them. I had a perfect time staying there. I would mind staying there again.

I didn't like the fact that the breakfast was same thing ( I mean monotonous). We didn't get to have different types of meals for the entire duration.

Great service overall and very close to everything. Orhan and Abdullah were an amazing help and were at service whenever there was a problem. All the other staff were also very friendly and helpful.

However, they did not change the sheets and towels between cleans and it was very hot upstairs int he breakfast area. The carpet was also dirty
