It is a small hotel with friendly staff. The bed is very comfortable and the hotel is situated on a busy street near metro and trams.

The fridge didn’t work and had old bad fruit inside it. The cleaner didn’t clean our toilet during our stay which is a bit disgusting. The curtains had old stains on it, it would be better if they were replaced by new ones. I suggest replacing the carpets also. A smart TV with Netflix would be a plus too. :)

the gym, hamam and sauna was closed due to “corona” yet the breakfast buffet was open. You should write it clearly that it wasn’t open because I picked this hotel for those extra features.

It's a modest hotel in the Aksaray area, the surrounding area is swamped with similar small hotels. This one had renovations in more recent days, key card entry, rooms were clean, main bulevard entry. Staff was polite and helpfull, speaking good english. Very close to the airport bus shuttle. The area is local so plently of good price food and stores. Cash only many places. The hotel breakfast is modest and i'm not a big fan of carbs, lots of cards in many shapes. It's just a small walk to Grand Bazar, I visited on foot everything. For Taksim party area/Galata towere, take taxi.

I like the area as a personal preference, i dress modestly and simple myself while looking to copy what locals wear on the street, but some might not fit well in that neighborhood. It's a workers housing area, lots of ethnicities and colors, a dormitory neighborhood for the low to mid working class, some working girls here and there, some dice playing, it's not confortable if you don't blend in to fit in, you will stand out and might draw unwanted attention following you.

Good location, few meters from tram station and the Aksaray metro station, five minutes walk to Marmaray train station and less than 10 minutes walk till the ferry port. Excellent view from the window (if you like to watch a crowded, typical street of Istanbul). The noise of the street was not present in the room. we enjoyed the breakfast, and the possibility to use the Turkish bath and the sauna (we did not test them, probably both are free of charge).

Actually, pretty much everything was OK. Very good price quality ratio. Still, is small hotel, do not expect 5* services/facilities.

The breakfast was excellent with various choices. Staff at the reception were very friendly, smiling and welcoming warmly the guests. I could remember only the names of Mr. Ibrahim, and Hussein but all the remaining staff was excellent and deserve appreciation. Location was also excellent and close to transportation, restaurants and many shops and groceries.

the room which we got has very small balcony, which was just enough for one single person to stand, however the adjacent balconies were bigger and tenants had enough space to sit and enjoy the views.

The property is well maintained and modern. The stuff is young and really helpful and always smiling and trying to provide the best assistance. The windows were sound proof, so when you close them on a busy street, you will see the difference as if you hit the mute button. Cleaning service is great and the breakfast is varied so you will find what you like for sure. The Spa and gym are free. Really recommend it and I enjoyed my stay. Big thanks to all the staff, keep the spirit !
