Poor facilities no boiler in the room no coffee corner so you can’t drink anything in the room Also breakfast was so bad Also bad wifi connection that you can’t rely on you ought to use your own internet

The hotel has an excellent location. It is located in the heart of the city, 1 minute from the metro and 1 minute from the tram, on the street. staff are helpful and professional. rooms are very clean and big. Breakfast is prepared with fresh products every day. I can say that it is the best hotel in the region according to its price. Special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim, the hotel manager. He helped me with everything during my stay. He also helped me to have a luxurious dinner on the ship by making a city tour and a Bosphorus tour. I suggest you get information about PCR test, city tour, airport transfer vehicle and city tours from the receptionist before you go to the travel agencies on the streets. because the travel agencies on the street are very expensive and unreliable. The hotel offers you all the facilities.

Reasonably priced, good location - many facilities, shops, eateries are close by; quiet room, basic but has all you need; staff is helpful; breakfast - not the greatest but rather good, can't complain.

Shower cabin - doors broken, takes quite an effort to close and open them, some lights in the room not working.

it was cheap and convenient for where we needed to stay for 1 night in Istanbul. For the price we wasnt expecting much and to be fair it was as I expected, we asked to check in early as we arrived in Istanbul very early but they couldn't let us have a room earlier than 1pm an hour earlier than 2pm checkin so that was disappointing to start with. Room was as advertised It wasn't the Hilton but we just need somewhere safe to store our bags and have a short kip and shower before leaving early next morning. we didn't get back to the hotel until 2am and it was good that staff are available to let you in to the room at tea time in the morning. Never having stayed in Istanbul before I cannot say what the standards are for the price it is somewhere I wouldn't stay with my wife but for a couple of nights with the lads/mates it is adequate.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and warm. anything we asked for was provided within minutes so we were pretty happy.

I am the kind of person who puts Do Not Disturb sign usually for my whole stay so it would be good to print some of these and this way the hotel can save a lot of money from laundry as changing the sheets every day was very kind, but to me it is not necessary. Some fruits for breakfast would be good too :)

good location and professional staff

nothing in particular if I except that the room equipment and furniture need to be replaced. There should be more general channels on TV: arabic mainly, since many of the guests were from Tunisia and Algeria

It was great, the room with a street view is spacious and you can find everything you are looking for in the manager İbrahim Bey, who is interested in the cleaning ladies and everything you are looking for.

Furniture can be renewed

I would recommend Ozbek Hotel at first place because the whole stuff is very halpful, friendly and kind, always ready to help you! The two gentlemends Ramzi and Adem were so professional but yet very kind with a good English language knowlegde!

The hotel is on the street, besides the transportation, the great location, the breakfast is good, the staff helps with everything

The room needs some renovation

very nice location, welcoming staff and helpful. breakfast is diverse and suit all tastes very good value for money.

The towels are not changed everyday and the room as well is not done everyday so it’s something that can be improved
