Location was brilliant staff was good

Got back room could only see emergency stairs, things were broken in room frame, unit glass, coving, wall paper damage quite few places

The location of the property is really good. It’s within walkable distance to Sultanahmet area, and galata tower. The triple rooms are decent sized and were cleaned everyday by the lovely housekeeping lady. The lady made the rooms look spotless everyday and would always greet us very nicely (a-lot more cheerful than the reception staff). The breakfast had a good variety. The reception staff helped us arrange a transfer which was very smooth. You can also visit the hamam and the sauna once.

The hotel doesn’t look as big as it does In the pictures. The breakfast dining area is quite small. The double rooms are on the small side. One of the bulb was broken so it was really dark in the room. There was also a big dent in the wall and the headboard was ripped from one side.

Good mattress, warm room, shower with strong flow of water. We loved the impressive decorations around the hotel and in the room. Ali the host was very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Also the location is great as it's in the heart of the city.

We had a great sleep. It didn't wake us up. But little feedback to hotel. The noise from walking from room above was very evident in the morning.It seems the structure of the ceiling is very thin. It's just when we woke up then we could hear a lot of walking from above. But all good.

Hotel was just at the centre of Istanbul. Blue Mosque was just 8 min walk from the hotel. Breakfast was superb. I have been to several places in Europe but never had such tasty breakfast with so much variety before. Hotel is centrally located. All Markets and shops are in walkable distance. Hotel staff is very friendly and helps us in all way. We booked Bosphorus cruise night package from the hotel staff and trust me it was totally worth it as they ensure pick up and drop service till hotel. Had an amazing stay at the Hotel

The customer service was excellent better that a 5 start hotel, both morning and night shifts were so helpful, kind and the excellent attention. I loved the breakfast 😋 and the bed of the suit that we stayed were so confortable and clean. The room had a magnificent shower in which we all appreciated, they algo give you sleepers are included in the welcome pack. All the rooms had it own minifridge with coke, water and some snacks. The Ruby suit had a different kind of tea and coffe with it own kettle. It also had a balcony with a beautiful view of the main road. The hotel is 15minutes walk to aya Sofia, the blue mosque and Topkapi Palace. It is 20 minutes walk to Suleymanyque mosque, the Egyptian Bazar and the grand Bazar. As a turist this place will save you all the travel around money, since it have a very good location.

Nice hotel with a pretty decent breakfast, the staff was also very friendly. They helped me out sorting the trip to the airport at a fair price. Got a free room upgrade, which was a nice touch! Haven't tried the sauna and the Hammam, but they looked nice. AC worked pretty well, fridge available with drinks at a fair price. Location is perfect.

The bed mattress was not comfortable. The need to be a bit stiff. I got 90Kg the mattress felt like sponge. Really hard to sleep comfortably. The light isolation on the room, we had some light passing through at sunrise.

My stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience. I don't understand why their rating on booking.com is about 8, as for me it's 10 out of 10.The hotel is new, has a beautiful design and great location (safe and central) very close to all the main attractions. Marad, a hotel manager, is very friendly, professional and ready to help with all the inquiries and questions.He does his best to make you feel at home there, which is very important especially for solo travellers.Also the hotel has a nice SPA area with hamam and sauna. You can take à package with massage and you won't regret. Massage and scrubbing made by Victoria was really great. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and would definitely choose it for my next stay in Istanbul. Thank you very much!

I did like The breakfast and stuff. Mister Ali is very good person and worker. I think he is doing his job excellent. For every question what we need it. we asked Ali . I think for the hotel businesses mister Ali is right person. I recommend to go Diamond Royal hotel . And also Location is very good. We enjoyed I wish to go again . We love İstanbul

Excellent location, walkable distance to most major Istanbul attractions like Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque, Topkapi palace, Spice bazar, Bosphorus straight, plenty of eateries, souvenir and sweet shops. Excellent staff, specially Mr. Ali in the reception was there to solve all your problems most efficiently. Overall my choice will be to book this hotel if I visit Istanbul again.

Breakfast spreads should be improved. Shower cubicles are too small.
