I was so happy about main room size which I need exactly. Lift was available, friendly staff and cleaners It was very quiet without noise , package for heather was very good We are so relax whole the time .

Value was expensive, after checkout this hotel ,rented one luxury hotel room for myself with breakfast only 65 $ but etiz charge me 140$ for one night but I was looking for big size room for my family that time , no complain , I was happy about everything Little bit uncomfortable for my mum and dad when we going out, it was uphill walking way , but for young people it was nice

Etiz Hotels & Residences was very comfortable, clean, and very new. i loved my stay, it was close to Taxim square (10min walk) and the staff was quite helpful. Fatine in specific helped a lot with my travel plan and providing directions and ordering food. she was very helpful and made my life easy as Istanbul is not so easy to go around without clear directions. anything I wanted during my stay, be it laundry or RTPCR Test or food delivery, it was all taken care of. i would definitely recommend for people who can go around and need a safe and comfortable stay. The Wifi was amazing and the speed never dropped like other hotels.

No in-house restaurant or laundry service or safe deposit locker. But all were taken care of by the staff. they called for the services whenever I wanted.

Very good value for the price. Central, walking distance to Taksim Square. Most important very comfortable and spacious apartments. And very very calm which is almost impossible to find in Istanbul. Helpful and nice staff. We really enjoyed Instanbul and our stay.

exceptional & supper accommodating staff! they made sure we were super comfortable throughout the stay. we had to extend our stay and they changed the dates for us last minute without any issues. were always responsive and helped us call Uber/taxi. the rooms are super spacious and are fully equipped with all the necessary utensils

the roads near the hotel are very narrow and the hotel is located uphill, therefore it is almost impossible to walk to Taksim square with kids/elders. it’s also extra hard to find taxi, however the staff is extremely helpful and it wasn’t an issue for us

from the time we walked in Mr Ilkay Alparslan greeted us with a smile,politeness and utmost professionalism. he went well above his duty to help us with booking a trip to another city and accommodating us in the room we liked. thank you Ilkay. the gentleman that prepared our room and took all our staff into the suite was utmost polite, professional and did everything we wanted to make our stay pleasant. the apartment is clean and modern. close to ferries, buses , Taksim and Istiklal Street. a little hilly but that is expected from a beautiful city like Istanbul. unfortunately we could not stay longer due to change of plans in our travels.

This room is all about the balcony and the fabulous view to the east. We spent most our time out on that balcony soaking up the Bosphorus, the ships and Asia side of Istanbul. The rest the apartment is pretty nice, modern features, marble bathroom. An elevator got us up to the 4th floor, this room is on the 5th via a staircase. The kitchen was basic but adequate.

The dishes and glasses in the kitchen had been rinsed off, but not cleaned. We re-washed everything ourselves. The kitchen had only one pan, but the manager found a couple pots and some dish soap for us. Taksim district has a lot of nightclubs up above where the hotel is located, so you can hear them at night. Be careful if you bring a rental car there. Parking is a major problem and you can't trust where your car is going to end up if you turn over your key.

Spacious apartment: clean and looked new Quiet area away from main road Walking distance to Kabatas and Taksim metro station Very close barber shop, grocery store, bakery and coffee shop Mr.Ilkay from reception has been very helpful and supportive 7 min walk to Taksim Square All rooms and halls equipped with AC split units. WiFi coverage in all rooms was excellent.

The only thing to note is the way to Taksim square you will walk uphill so for elderly people it wont be that comfortable.
