I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must express my utmost satisfaction with the entire experience. From the moment of arrival, the stay surpassed all expectations. The location of the hotel is nothing short of perfect, offering both convenience and a delightful atmosphere. Whether it was exploring the nearby attractions or enjoying the local ambiance, the hotel's location truly enhanced the overall experience. The room exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. It was impeccably maintained, creating a welcoming environment that added to the joy of our stay. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and we felt truly at home throughout our time at the hotel. However, what truly set this stay apart was the exceptional staff. The team was not only professional but also incredibly positive and helpful. Their genuine warmth and eagerness to assist made our stay memorable. Every encounter with the staff left us with a smile, creating an atmosphere that resonated with genuine hospitality. In summary, our stay at the hotel was nothing short of amazing. Rooms are very small & property is more boutique

The hotel is truly unique among the big 5-start hotels in Taksim. It's beautiful and modern. Its location is perfect - in the heart of Taksim yet still out of the noise - and it has an unbeatable view of the Bosphorus and the Beşiktaş neighborhood. The Staff is very polite, helpful, and always smiling, and the facilities are impeccable. We got a small upgrade upon check-in, which was definitely a welcome bonus, but I think even without it we'd have enjoyed our stay just as much, especially that we booked a good-value-for-money offer.

Great hotel in the city centre. It certainly meets the 5* expectations. Staff were super helpful! When we ordered anything from service it would be there very fast. They even ordered a hair gel for my boyfriend from the local store. Bar downstairs served great food (international cuisines) We tried their spa and it was AMAZING

There wasnt anything that we didnt like.

Тhe Gezi Hotel is nicely designed and conveniently located with lovely view over Bosphorus. We were positively surprised at the reception - it is not usual to find somebody who speaks your own native language - thanks, very warm welcome in Bulgarian language! Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and with cleaning services very well completed. Food for breakfast, lunch or dinner was always tasty and the service - very friendly. Not to forget the concierge services - Murat made us feel so well taken care of: he gave us proper advices, secured us taxis (even when traffic was tough and even in the rain!). Shopping? No problem. The hotel is in proximity to bus stops and metro station, but you can also walk to a good shopping area nearby (don't forget to ask the nice lady at the reception to give you proper advice - with a beautiful smile!). We would like to come again and also try the SPA services which we didn't have time to visit.

Curtains type (roll up) allows sunlight comes to face directly after sunrise until 10 AM even when fully closed which makes guests wake up very early, need to replace them with normal curtains (see photo)

Great welcome, room upgrade, compliments of the hotel. Friendly staff, perfectly clean rooms. Great restaurant in the hotel, food very good, great choice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room overlooked the park - it was quiet enough. Will definitely choose this hotel again!

The leaky shower door could be improved, but it didn't ruin the vacation experience :)

The location of the hotel is ideal for those who are traveling to Istanbul and want to be close to all the amenities and also the metro station. The staff of the hotel is super helpful and ready to assist with any request. Special thanks to Haze for the restaurant recommendation on my last day, which made the experience of seeing the Agia Sophia unforgettable. Highly recommended hotel.

Everything was good.

I don’t usually take the time out to write reviews. But for Gezi I felt I needed to make an exception. The staff, the hotel and the location were all amazing. you cannot get a better location than this. A stones throw from Taksem and walking distance from the trendy nisantasi district, our stay at Gezi was nothing short of fabulous. The breakfast was the icing on the cake.

the room service food menu needs to be expanded a bit to include Asian cuisine.

The property is chic, comfortable and in a great location. The corner Bosphorus view suite is fabulous - spacious, comfortable, with an amazing view. The room is thoughtfully put together with the guest in mind. Super easy access to Istiklal Street and Galata area by foot. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful without being overbearing.

The hotel spa was impossible to get a hold of by phone but this didn’t negatively affect our stay.
