well i liked everything the location and the cleanliness also the staff

well i stayed for few days the AC was working fine but last two days i don’t know what they did because the room was very hot i couldn’t sleep i think they should leave the AC and the guest choose whatever they want for their room hot or cold

The location was suboptimal. The hotel is a significant distance away from the old city where the historic attractions are. Given how difficult taxis are in Istambul, we often had to rely on own legs.

the room size, the cleanse , the bed so comfortable, provide baby bed also

the location is on high hill need car to arrive so difficult by walking. also at weekend the have bar make so much noise can’t sleep until finish at 12:00 a.m.

Everything was super amazing. Location is very good and has bus stations very near to the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice with very nice Art sculptures and paintings distributed all over the hotel. So it's very pleasing to the eyes when you walk in the hotel. Rooms were nice and quite, the staff were amazing. Mr. Emre Mr.Serkan and at the reception Mr. Aziz was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and the room service were very good for someone who likes food as myself I enjoyed the food service very much. Would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting istanbul as the hotel is located in the heart of istanbul and has great service and very nice staff.

the room was great, spacious and clean.

I didn't like that they wanted to put me in the first floor in a smoking room with bad smell. I asked to put me in a non smoking room and they insisted that I need to upgrade the payment. After I said that I will not accept and leave they put me in the room that I wanted, it was a bad experience but I know Turkish people they like to negotiate. The second problem was that I have chosen breakfast included in my booking and they said that it was not included and wanted to charge me 25 eur which I did not accept, so I did not get the breakfast at the hotel. Than the city tax is like 25 eur per night, I was not told that before, I hope the municipality got that money and not the receptionist which I tipped anyway.

amazing location, very close to taksim and a walking distance from many attractions. I also got a rom upgrade, it was big, warm and cozy with a partial sea view which was great. All reception staff were super helpful at all times, even when I arrived very late at night and was super sleepy and tired they checked me in 5 mins! fastest check in ever. They were also very generous and welcomed my stay in the reception area for 3 hours until my flight time.

not the best breakfast, tried it once then skipped it for the rest of my stay. food was delicious but it is just the same everyday, you get only to choose how the eggs are cooked and the rest is served as is. however, the restaurant’s got a breathtaking view

the artisan suite is big ..clean ..classy …very good see view

Music noise right beside the suite ..as the Artisan suite located in the roof floor and for the 3 nights I stayed ..there was a parties finish after midnight …can’t sleep at all .. also once you open the suite door you will smell the restaurant smoke

Almost everything was fine cheerful staff and very helpful.

Location is not near taksim because we had to climb the road almost for 15 minutes because the hotel level is down. I wished if there was complimentary shuttle to take people in our age to reach up.

Excellent hospitality , quiet place , very good breakfast

Unfortunately the bathroom door was always made noise and I suggest to put some piece of Teflon in the slider part to improve and solve this proplem

Room was spacious, and service was always supportive since the beginning of check in. The staff was helpful for getting us around, informative on tourism around, and supported us on transport back to the airport.

As the hotel is placed on a slightly hilly area, there is about 7-8 mins walk to the Taksim square. Its not that bad, but could be uneasy for some. Bus service around the hotel was poor. We enjoyed walking as the weather suited for it.
