Loved the location! Great room and a big shower and rather new, so nice and clean. Comfortable bed, and the owner got me thinner pillows when we asked. They literally went and bought us some! We were on the 4th floor and were not aware there were no lifts, so it was something to consider if you're not capable of doing stairs Overall, I really liked this place and totally recommend 👌

It was a bit noisy every night due to the location being right in the eating/drinking area. There is no room service, but I'm sure if we asked for anything they would have provided. No breakfast, but they have their own cafe below with good variety. We had the studio so self catered but would have liked extra cutlery and maybe a sponge, dishwashing liquid, and a tea towel would have been helpful.

Everything about our stay was great. It is a newly opened hotel. The owner and the staffs were very welcoming and helpful. It is located at the heart of the Asian side of Istanbul surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The shopping streets are also just around the corner. The rooms are clean with all the required essentials including air conditioning. Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

As mentioned in other reviews it can get a bit loud in the evening from the street noise, we did not mind but some early/light sleepers might be bothered.

Great location, surrounded by restaurants and bars. Room looked as advertised, very clean and modern, comfortable, spacious. AC worked wonders, staff were very helpful and accommodating (and make delicious home made lemonade!).

Generally very good. Pillow was a little large for my liking, but personal preference. No elevator (though not a problem for me).

Owners of the property are very helpful and accommodative. They help you with whatever your issues. Even without paying the advance, they extended our stay for 24 hours prior to the arrival. I strongly recommend.

We arrived earlier than planned and asked to leave our bags and check in later, but the lovely staff offered to check us in to our room. The room was big, comfortable and right in the shopping district. We would happily stay here next time in Istanbul.

I liked everything. The location is in a great area of ​​Kadikoy, 5 minutes walk from the metro and ferry terminal. A wonderful clean room with good furniture and a comfortable bathroom. The magical mistress Bilge, who helped with everything and was so kind.

The staff were all very welcoming and hospitable. The location is perfect for ferries and local night-life. I would totally recommend Fabesco to anyone who is travelling to Istanbul.
