the food is good, room is nice, the stuff very very nice and they try to do all the best for you, also I read coments about noise, ineed is noise but only until 12 after seems to be silence. also one more thing for stuff, room 206 for single use need a little bit paint on the ceiling

Overall experience was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is perfect: easily accessible from the airport, near transportation hub from where you can go anywhere, plenty of cafes and restaurants and other places any tourist needs.

There is no lift and spiral stairs quite narrow, so with heavy and bulky luggage it’ll be a bit uncomfortable. It’s right in the heart of Kadikoy, where night life is very active. I didn’t mind it, but it might be challenging for light sleepers. Wifi is not very stable and i had poor connection in my room. Wouldn’t rely on it of I planned working or conducting trip research.

the property is super central for Kadikoy, 3minute to port on foot, and close by to many bars. rooms are clean, and look better than in pics. i expected them to be smaller, so i was positively surprised. breakfast was nice, but same every day, and may not be enough for people who like a heavier breakfast. staff is friendly and ready to help.

we stayed over the weekend and OMG it was loud - there is soo many bars in that small alley where the hotel is located, music was mixed from all those places, shouting from the people and not even ear plugs could help.

The hotel was great, the rooms were clean, comfortable, decent size, and a great value for the money. The area is so charming and wonderful to walk around in and explore. We had a great time!

The wifi didn't reach my room which was fine because I got a local simcard but basically as soon as I shut my room door I lost connection. Also, be aware that this area has a lot of night life, so if you're getting in on a flight with little sleep and jet lag it's not the best place for a quiet night's sleep. This isn't really a negative, just something to be aware of.

It wad really in the center of Kadiköy, there was always people around and it felt really safe to walk around the area even in the night time. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice and helpfull. The room and bathroom were cleannand well equipped, the balcony was really nice.

It was a bit hard to get the right temperature using the airconditioner. You could hear the music from the bars around, but it was okay if you used earplugs.

the hotel is located in the heart of Moda area in Kadikoy (Asian side), the area is great for walking and shopping, a lot of nice restaurants and bars. the hotel was clean, the beds are very comfortable. and the host was very helpful.

since the hotel is in a very active area, you can hear the noise from the bars below in the street. also there is no elevator, so if your room is in the 3rd floor, it's the stairs.

the area is very very busy . if you wish to sleep during your stay I can’t recommend. I was there 4 nights and any of nights I couldn’t sleep. first I had room without the window. ! air conditioner didn’t work and there was no air in the room, wasn’t too hot outside but inside was impossible to sleep. then I was moved to the room with window snd still no air conditioner working so I was hoping to sleep finally with fresh air but discoteka near the hotel was till 3:30am very load so impossible to sleep

The hotel is in the heart of Kadikoy, with plenty of bars and restaurants. The hotel is cosy, and the rooms are nice, but the heating was odd and improperly functional. Breakfast is excellent and the receptionist was so warm and welcoming. Def would stay there again if I go back to Istanbul.

Heating. It was either really cold or really hot, could not adjust it properly. We turned it off :) So it did not bother us at all.

The staff did their best to please us and to fix the missing aspects - we want to thank them for that.

The rooms were not properly cleaned. There were towels and linen missing (we booked a double room but only found a set up and blankets for 1 person). The furniture got old (no update or improvement since 4 years ago when we 1st stayed there). The hairdryer was not even working, the shower cabin was not closing properly etc. We were informed that it's not allowed to have dinner in the room even though they have their own restaurant and are advertising room service everywhere.

The location is in the heart of Kadikoy, everything is near and it is so vibrant and full of life ! The staff were so professional, friendly, and always ready to help. A big thanks to Ridvan he definitely made things easier as well as Arzu, Yunus, Mustafa, Omer and all the staff ! Make sure when u go to head to their small place down and enjoy some LOVELY live turkish music :) P.S: You will fall in love with Kadikoy !

Since the hotel is small, it is very normal to hear some noise during nights, it might be a concern for some but that never bothered me !
