Loved Farina Hotel. Staffs were extremely friendly and accommodating, they went out of their way to assist me, especially when i called for room service but the kitchen was closed. However, they got a staff member to go into town to get me food as I was recovering from a procedure I had just done. The venue was nice and clean and peaceful. Breakfast was great. Overall, I'm very pleased with my stay and will definitely be going back to stay in time for my other procedures. Location was only a 15 mons walk from town centre, and I'm a slow walker so could be probably done in shorter time.

I didn't really dislike anything. The location was great, and overall a really good experience.

-Awesome location, 10 minute walk from metro station and tram station, lots of bus stations nearby -Decent neighborhood with all types of shops for food/clothes/anything within walking distance -Awesome reception staff, very helpful, kind and friendly (Serdar you are the best! 👍🏻) -Lots of things to see within 30 min walking distance

-Really close to a mosque (generally mosques are really close in this area, 400m max distance) and it was quite annoying because it was the season of Ramadan and you could hear the loudspeakers of the mosque since 04:30 -Our room (#413) was extremely small, the floor tiles of the bathroom were not places with correct inclination and every time we took a shower the water could not find it’s way to the drainage. This resulted in walking on the room floor with wet feet and the damaged laminate flooring was getting more damage. -The breakfast was decent (although it had fewer options than the illustrated pictures) but there was no explanation sign next to the plates so that we know what we are eating!

The staff were amazing, especially Ezgi and Cafar who went above and beyond! We also had a very early check-in so the hotel (and Ezgi) were able to assist with early check in which meant some much needed sleep! The location was great, easy access to walk to Grand Bazaar picking up local food along the way from tasty restaurants. Easy access to buses including our ability to get to the airport via Taksim easily enough. Will definitely stay again- great value for money! Better than some 4 and 5 star we have been to recently in service. Thanks Ezgi and Cafar!

The only aspects that were a little less comfortable for me was the shower screen still allowed some water to leak onto the floor when you shower so it means a very wet bathroom. Also at breakfast the first day there wasn't any coffee left when we came a bit later at 9:45am and the lady didn't know where to get more nescafe. The second day when we went earlier though, there was lovely hot coffee so all was good:)

I recently stayed at Farina Hotel by Cigno during my visit to Istanbul and I had a fantastic experience. The service was exceptional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Very clean, staff very attentive… the manager was outstanding! Lounge area available all day for tea. Just on the other side of the Aquaduct there was the most beautiful park… and best little traditional kebab place going the other direction.

Before you get to the elevator there are steps from the reception area. I had a hip issue and it was not easy to go up and down each time I left the room. Also very difficult with suitcases and bags. If it weren’t for my hip issue it would not have been an issue. No shopping nearby other than markets.

The staff: Ezgi, Vesal, Emir were fantastic!! Especially Ezgi as my wife would say she did above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! It was a great experience thank for making it very accommodating for us! The hotel was clean, the location great and staff friendly and welcoming.

From our room we could hear people in the toilet + the window was not closing properly but overall it was great!

First of all, I would like to say thanks to all personnel at the hotel, because they were very friendly and helpful, and were doing their job flawlessly. Special thanks to Aladdin for his hospitality and for introducing me to interesting local people. Speaking of usual hotel features, I could point out: - good location (away from crowded tourist routes and still close enough to take a walk to Sophia mosque or Blue mosque or Galata tower) - good lobby space for work and rest (you can choose between terrace or hall) - good breakfast and cozy rooms

Hotel location is accurate, bus stop is much closer and many restaurants in surrounding. Good breakfast and cleaning, particularly the staff was good and cooperative especially Miss Rula, the bar lady was very polite and nice, she helped us a lot during our stay at Farina. Overall a good experience, recommended👍 Hotel provided us connected rooms, big and spacious. The house keeping facilities were quick and convenient .
