The host responded very quickly to any questions I had and even went out of his way by allowing us to check in early and also leave late, which was really appreciated and generous of him. The lady at the reception was very nice and polite and always on hand to offer help. The people outside were also very friendly. Room service was great with trustworthy staff and kept very clean whilst we were away. Everything remain untouched - nothing missing. I would say great value for money and would recommend to others. I'm already considering rebooking later in the year,. :-)

We stayed in the hotel for 6 days, the place is really nice and clean and quiet, has everything needed. In our room thare was a balcony with a great view of the city. The staff is super helpful, nice and welcoming, offering any help you might require. The location is good, close to the main attractions, the area is quite. I'm staying here every time I come to Istanbul.

Great location, aircon and wifi worked well, decent private bathrooms.

After weeks of travelling we Booked specifically because it lists “laundry” as an available amenity when we didn’t have the option at our last couple locations. When asked at the front desk they denied and claimed no idea and acted surprised when I showed it on the listing. Had to walk 25mins to the nearest laundromat and pay £35 out of pocket.

Everything was cool, nice place with nice staff. Hotel is located close enough to center, you can easily reach Sultanahmet. Will recommend to my friends.

Pretty good location. You're close to the major tourist attractions in the city and you can go pretty much anywhere on foot. The host was exceptional and very helpful with tips for what to visit and what to look out for and avoid in the city. His local knowledge helped us make our stay more pleasant. The room was clean, which to me is the most important thing. We also had a reserved free parking spot right in front of the entrance to the building.

The room was a bit on the small side, but since we spent most of our time walking around the city and only came back to the room to sleep over it wasn't really that big of an issue for us as we valued cleanliness and a good location above all else and in those areas this accommodation delivered.

Location was great, not too far, not too close to the city center, quite place, room was small but perfect for a city break type of trip where you don't spend much time inside. Downstairs is a shared living room with a kitchen, tea & coffee available for guests for free, bathroom clean and cute. Overall, great value for money. I always pay an extra attention to the hospitality of the place I'm staying in, and this place absolutely exceeded my expectations. The guy from the reception was so welcoming, so kind, helpful and sweet that I cannot give this place less than a 10/10! This guy brings my whole Turkish experience to the next level, I truly appreciate his engagement and admire his attitude. Thank you so much, I highly recommend this place 😊

Rooms are a little small, it wasn't a problem for me at all, but I think it's worth mentioning.

This is a family run business, with the most gentle owners u can meet. Newly furnished, with a 4 star level, matching exactly the photos displayed.The location is very central and everything, from grand bazar, Sultanahmet, eminono are at a walking distance, while Taxim square is 3 stops away by the metro. I arrived to Taxim using the Havas bus, then i took meteo M2 in the direction of Yinikapi, and stopped in Vezneclier. Once u leave the station, u spot on your left a wonderful mosque, its a 3 minutes walk down, close to the very famous vefa bozacisi popular for selling ottoman desserts. the owner offered a free ride to Taxim havas bus station during my checkout, he even drove me for more than 40 minutes to find a pharmacy open on Sunday as i needed to buy a medicine before travelling back home. All in all, this hotel was the highlight of my stay in Istanbul. kudos and thanks to the owner.

a small hotel, very close to the tourist areas of interest. very clean room. comfortable beds. room with fridge, clean towels, slippers for the room, shower gel. price quality ratio, exceptional. we will return and recommend

some small cockroaches in the bathroom. probably because there is no breakfast, tourists bring food to the room and this is the reason. the walls were a bit thin and you could hear any noise. the double room is a bit small, but with everything useful

Almost every aspect of this hotel is great! The staff, the room, the location, the Wifi! I would like to note that staff there were incredibly friendly and helpful to us throughout the stay!

The beds were quite uncomfortable and also the central heating was not working in the room but the heat from air conditioning was more than enough.
