Stuff were very helpful. Fayza and Hozan in the reception were trying to support all the time.

Location was not that far from Taqsim square. But was down the hill which makes the way to taksim is a bit difficult by walking.

Great modern hotel with wide range of facilities. Clean and comfortable.

Just the location was as described. Very difficult to reach. They offer free mini bus service to the main square taksim. But after have to make your own way back which is logistically very challenging. Won't stay again

The customer service went well and the staff went well above and beyond my expectations. The breakfast could have had a bit more variety as it was the same every day.

The location was a bit far to walk from Taksim and too close to catch a taxi as most taxis refused to take us there unless we paid them 10 times what they were entitled to.

Pros: 1- Services meet the price 2- Excellent staff 3- There's a gorgeous elegent lady in the reception 4- Safe. I put my valuable items in the safe box and missed nothing

Cons: 1- The gym can be improved. Missing essential equipments like benches and barbells 2- Located in an industrial poor area, however it was safe

There was a mistake on booking.com , when I booked the room was showing bathroom with tub but when I reached I found out that it is with shower only and room is a bit small !

The Hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful, in general. All requests were accepted with a smile and they did everything they can to fullwill their guest's wishes. I want to mention the restaurant manager, explicitly. He is welcoming every single guest and let you feel like home. He and his team showing a lot fo dedication and passion to make their guests feel comfortable. I have never experienced a hotel breakfast where I have felt so cosseted. The shuttle bus to get to Taksim place and to Osman Bey metro station is also a welcomed addition to their service. To sum it up, I will say that the staff is providing a superb service and they will never let you down.

In general the room was clean and tidy, except a few stains at the bathroom door (around the knob). They remained there during may 5 days stay. And I guess they were there for some days already and might be there for some days more :)

I had pleasure stay at Icon Hotel.really everything such as rooms,cleaning,stafs,breakfast, turkish bath was great at this hotel. The Location was almost close to taksim (15min by foot)but The manager of Hotel provided a Lux shuttle ( Mercedes Benz )to carry guests of hotel to taksim or Osman bey every hours. It was respect to guests. Ms Faezeh was knowledgeable as a host in a hotel ,approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time . She answered every question and explained every things and every part of tourist's demands clearly and thoroughly. She helped us to find most beautiful places for visiti, and she knew far more than I ever hoped to about the respect in a Hotel.Thank you🙏 Mr Ali the Man with Red jacket like a Magician was very kindness and friendly. He knew the Istanbul very well and helped us to take taxi and maked easy as possible. I highly appreciate Mr Reza who works in Restaurant and seems like a Grandpa with respectful manner. very friendly and he tryed to everything for breakfast be well. Good hospitality in this market is challenging, but the Icon Hotel made it as good and straightforward as possible. Congrats Icon Hotel for perofesional team👍 I highly recommend this Hotel for enjoy your stay.🥇

Very nice hotel. Receptionist team on check in super nice. Breakfast has plenty of choices. Staff on breakfast super nice . Center of Istanbul. I met two nice staff members Laith and Jana from front desk. super nice people. Price is very good and value for money.

Walking distance not much to do cause there's plenty of car workshops around. If you walk 15 minutes (1.5 Km) you can reach Sisli area ( shopping) or Taksim Taxi to those area is the cheapest ( 50 TRY) 2.5 euros per ride. From my side I didn't mind the surrounding because I was using taxi all time
