Thanks to all the staff Marwan Narjes Seraj mosaab and Yacer they were all fantastic they made our family trip so confortable we came with kids they really looked after us . Breakfast is really good with large choice cheese eggs sausages cakes and more . Bedrooms are clean and confortable. The 5th floor was really good to meet with a nice view you can ask for a Turkish tea or coffee and spend some quality time we felt like home. Couldn't ask for more really! and again Thank you all for your time and the perfect service you provided with high standard . I want to thank the owner of the hotel i don't know his name but you really have a great team they worked really hard 🙂

Nothing everything was perfect

All the staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially the host Yasser, Amin and Merwan. The hotel itself was clean and the rooms were cleaned daily. There was daily authentic Turkish breakfast that was really nice with a sea view. You could buy turkish tea or coffee at the top floor of the hotel until late at night which is great after a long day. We got a balcony room and it was very entertaining to sit on the balcony and see the locals play music/drums and dance at night/weekends. The connecting rooms have one bathroom altogether so if you want two bathrooms get 2 separate family rooms instead. The staff were so nice and even booked our airport taxi.

Only thing is can be noisy some nights as is a nice central location with music but reconsider if you cannot sleep with noise.

Staying for 5 nights and have had much enjoyed our time at this place. The hotel is located in the beautiful place Fatih eith an amaizing view over the Marmara Sea and Blue Mosque , close to some of attraction Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque, Topkapi Palace Museum , Blue Mosque ( SultanAhmet Mosque and near to the tramway station wich is really important to take you everywhere else. The staff is very hospitable , friendly and kind. Sam , the girl(i don't know the name) Burhan and Yasser who is an extraordinary manager make us feel like at home.Delicious breakfast in the restaurant on rooftop. Everything is extra clean , everyday our towels were changed. I would like to mention that the cleaning staff found 50 euros and immediately informed me and asked if they are mine so something that does not happen everywhere... I would highly recommend this place with whole-hearted.

The stuff was excellent, very king and helpful. Yaser and Burhal provides splendid service, and the rest of stuff, at caffe at the top flour of the hotel was also very kind and professional. Value for price was great, rooms were very clean and breakfast was great. Metro station was close, and hotel is located in a middle of tourist attractions so it was ofter best to just walk to destinations, which was all in ~15 mins of walk radius. There is a nice view from very top of the building with a place to smoke, if you are a smoker. Seagulls are also very often at cafe windows, which is very cute :) A lot of place to eat outside of hotel, some are for recommendation, some are not, but that is also very subjective.

Rooms could be a bit quieter, but it was not affecting my vacation very much, it was good anyway :)

Yasser helped me with handling my room choices. Initially I booked a single room but Yasser gave me a room with a full bed and balcony. Location is great, close to everything. Also, hotel and my room were clean. I totally recommend this hotel. Thank you!

The staff was kind (for example Siraj), the price was ok for what we got. The rooms were clean.

One of the members of the hotel insisted on parking our car, even though we said we were fine. They even told us that it was unsafe to take it, although the place where they parked it was the same parking lot where we took the car for 30% of the price! If you come by car, park your car yourself at Fatih Belediye Başkanlığı Kumluk Otoparkı, it is open 24/7 (only cash can be paid). The breakfast was acceptable, we didn't like the ham at all, the rest of the ingredients were ok. The dessert was good

we were very warmly welcomed by the hotel staff. Before we even checked in we were offered a nice tour of the hotel, and turkish tea & coffee at the terrace that had the most breathtaking view. The rooms were nice, clean & spacious. A huge shoutout to Yaser, who was the most kind person to help us with our stay and make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. He helped us out also for getting around in the city, and even offered us his own travel card since we were unable to get one. He even made sure we didn’t have difficulty navigating in the city. Also a big thank you to Nargis & Banu for bringing the happiest smiles when we went for breakfast and evening tea. The ladies ensured we got everything to eat & drink in time. The treatment these three gave us & their politeness & hospitality was the highlight of the trip for me. Some tourist attractions like the grand bazaar, blue mosque, hague sofia & basilica cistern can be reached by foot or also by tram. Right under the hotel as well there are several restaurants that serve shisha & amazing food. The street is lit and the ambience is just amazing. The overall hospitality of the hotel is 100/100 & I will totally recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a nice experience on a good budget.

Yasser, sirac and Marwen made our stay phenomenal. I got food poisoning on my 2nd day and I can’t thank these Guys enough for making me feel better. We checked out but had 6 hours before our flight. Yasser was kind enough to give me a room to sleep in and let my family stay in the terrace to relax in. Sirac made me a soothing tea.Marwen helped me with organizing transfers and booking excursions. The area is a busy with restaurants and entertainment, parking is tough. The hotel is in an older part of town so the rooms are a little dated and small but I would stay here again because of how wonderful the staff is. Thx breakfast was awesome. Fresh, lots of variety and plenty. They always made sure we were comfortable. Trust me you will love golden sand. Thanks for everything

Busy area

considering the location and the surrounding buildings, it was a very quiet place to stay, pleasant music played in the evenings, there were many places to eat and sit, for example, with a drink. The staff was very kind, polite and friendly, nothing to complain about. Hotel it definitely needs minor repairs and maintenance, but we can't fault anything else. The breakfast was completely sufficient, they changed the towels in the room every day and the room was clean. The night was quiet and peaceful for sleep.
