Hotel front door should be facing the main road for easy access and safety,, we could not walk at night as nothing in front of the hotel Breakfast is too expensive

When I was booking it, I wasn't sure if it was a legitimate hotel or not. This was my first time visiting Istanbul alone. The hotel was very clean and pretty, and I felt very safe there. There are some shopping malls about a 10–15 minute taxi ride away. The bigger tourist attractions are a bit farther, but I didn’t mind. The stafff is very polite, the room is well equipped.

The bed was too soft and uncomfortable for me, I couldn't sleep and the thermostat was difficult to figure out. However, these issues didn’t take away from having a pleasant experience overall

Beautiful environment, nice reception, beautiful entrance, pleasant green space, very pleasant waiting area, beautiful paintings on the wall, modern, clean room, spacious room, clean resting room, shower room clean and functional, large size TV screen, I have been feeling excellent , this was not my first time in this hotel, so each time I enjoyed being there, and thank you the hotels team, especially Mr. Nail who has been always with smiling face, welcoming and so kind, amazing swimming pool, clear and clean water, I never seen such a beautiful swimming pool this clean.

I can't comment, there was nothing which not to like, all were good, the only thing that I can mention, was about bathroom, which I have requested, however, I believe there was not available any.

will the hotel at nice location, quite every thing was very close restaurants , cafes and shopping mall, it's very far from downtown and Europe area room service is great and their response time is very fast Safe car parking is there , with electrical car charger

The hotel is very restrict and not flexible like offering more time in check out like more hotels are offering specially for genius 3 the rates for breakfast is too high per person is about $ 20, but nice breakfast The bed and pellow are not very comfortable

The hotel is in close proximity to the Tuyap Fair, which makes it an ideal accommodation for anyone visiting events there. The hotel provides shuttle service to the fair.

While the hotel is close to the fair, it's impossible to reach it on foot due to the dense road infrastructure. Also the car ride from the hotel to the fair is only about 10 minutes, while the trip back is about 30 minutes.

Parking was very convenient and felt very safe. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The reservation was made with 2 adults and 1 6 year old, my son's bed was not made. After a long trip we had we had the houseman who had no clue about making a bed came to the room very late at night and made an ok bed for him. Houseman was very talkative which we were tired and just wanted to sleep and very casual which may need some training.

Hotel was nice and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Just one lady from restaurant (waiter on dinner time and service bar on the night ) was very arogant, she wasn't nice like person. Food in the lunch and dinner great.

I visit this hotel in January. In the reception and restaurant was cold. Breakfast everyday same, it looked like served the day before. Hotel is very could on the reception and restaurant.
