The location is excellent, not too much of a walk from nearest station maybe 6 mins. Staff always friendly and willing to help ( Fatiah, Kemal, Osman, Bektaz and Erotal) all lovely and approachable and even offered us a meal upgrade for dinner. Breakfast is nice and the staff are very friendly. Bar tender very helpful and polite. Me and my wife both enjoyed our stay. Thank you to you all at Holiday Inn

The Turkish bath was out of service and undergoing maintenance. Breakfest time can be short if you wake up late. The days go by so quickly that you don't want to leave. Some floor boards and panels in sauna need the nails tapped in flush so they do not hurt your feet or tear your socks.

Location is excellent. Centre of Istanbul. On one side, walking distance is Sultanahmet area with all the historic attractions and on the other, by taxi, the fashionable Taksim/Istaqlal Street & Galata Tower. The triple room 504 was excellent and spacious. The double room 414 was satisfactory though shower was vey good. Both rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was super excellent with all the vegies, fruits, eggs and marvelous cheese varieties. Breakfast made an excellent way to start the day. Compliments to all staff at reception and breakfast. Of particular mention is the excellent, well mannered and highly cooperative staff of your hotel starting with the manager the handsome Mr. Fatih (hope to see him CEO one day), the articulate and smart Mr. Kemal, the charming and smiling Mr. Bektas, the strongman and super active Mr. Endal and the vigilant Mr. Osman. The staff made our stay really memorable.

Rooms could be more spacious esp. the family and double rooms. Wash rooms had no latches from inside. Bed sheets should be changed every day. The no smoking room 414 had tobacco odor in it.

The staff at the property are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are modern and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety of food - it was fresh . The breakfast staff was very kind and polite especially Cigdem, Fotih, Umit and Murrcettin. Front desk staff were helpful, attentive and welcoming especially Osman and Bektas who helped us arrange day trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The WiFi failed during our stay

The location of the hotel is unique. Right in the heart of things. Many shops, restaurants and clubs near by. Easy to get get to many tourists attractions from it. The hotel was very clean throughout. The hotel is run by an outstanding team in all departments. The hamami and massage services provided were value for money which I highly recommend 👌🏽. The executive and suite rooms are brilliant. Lovely views from the windows or balcony ( for those that have). By the way these all were great value for money. Booking all your taxi rides through the hotel reception is the best. 👍🏽

Personally I have nothing to mention here. As a family, we liked every bit of our stay.

There is a bit of a hike to get up to the hotel, which is probably rather typical of Istanbul hotels. More options for breakfast would be good, simple things like more egg preps like poached/pancakes etc

The rooms were very clean and nice. All staff were very good and helpful including kitchen staff. Location was fantastic and it was close to shopping canters, Bazar, underground and tram. Breakfast was very basic but it was ok. Not many variety. We all loved staying in Holiday inn and we had a very good time there. We definitely will go back there in future.

The toilets were very high from floor and difficult to use. The wifi connection was not excellent but still we could use it.

This hotel was perfect. The staff were very helpful & accommodating. I was happy with the hotel and the room. The view from our hotel balcony in the executive room was amazing. Unfortunately I had to leave early because of a family emergency, they were still helpful in dealing with my situation and helped me with my booking. Highly recommend the management and hotel to all.

Very comfortable hotel. All the staff at the reception were extremely helpful. Osman was also very helpful. The staff at the breakfast were also welcoming, and they were offering us coffee and egg omelette.

There was no swimming pool and kids play area or activity in the hotel. They don't have in-house late night dinner / food available. The water supply in the bathroom disrupted for 2 hours without any advance notice. However, on request, they provided us with water bottles to continue using the bathroom.

Had a nice big room, the cleaners were nice and the other staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable, location was great could walk lots of places . Had good air conditioning and the windows opened.

The breakfast is expensive for Istanbul, we opted out of it and was easily able to eat elsewhere. I also fell on the stairs going to the gym as the stairs were small and slippery. Just use the elevator :) .
