The location is super! We really liked the staff and the rooms. Very clean and big and they changed our towels daily. I was really happy with the variety of the breakfast. Happy to stay here nexy time also.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly and very helpful. If there was no parking available, they parked our rental. Reminded us about protecting our belongings while travelling. Spoke to others for us if necessary. One staff member allowed us to use his personal phone. The younger staff members were courteous and respectful. Nurettin one of the front desk employees went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of at all times. We met his family on a tour to the Blue Mosque together. His two little girls are very sweet. And although his wife didn’t understand English, she was very kind and hospitable.

1. Having to call downstairs every night to turn on the A/C 2. We didn’t like the breakfast. This was disappointing, because it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Scramble eggs were wet, and other eggs along with the sausages had too much salt. Eventually we just ate the bread with soup or went out for breakfast.

Breakfast is very good, although not very varied. However, it is very easy to find something different every day. The products are fresh, you can find fresh vegetables and fruits. Coffee is soluble. The hotel have a free valet parking and offer complimentary water, tea and coffee in each room. Towels are changed daily, staff is very attentive and kind. 3-4 minutes walk you will find T1 Aksaray Metro station, 10 minutes walk, Vezneciler Metro Station (Marmaray line to Aquarium and Ataturk Airport), still 10 minutes to Vezneciler Metro Station or to Aksaray Metro Station. By T1 you have 2 stops to Grand Bazar and 4 stops to Sultanahmet, but you can easily walk that distance as well. Plenty of restaurants and other cafeteria or shops arround.

Maybe an extra-option of a espresso cofee or turkish cofee at breakfast will be nice.

Also, Mr. Walid helped us carry the bags when entering and leaving, and also helped us put the car in the hotel's parking lot. The cleaning staff were very nice and cared to smile every time. We looked at them, and we were also leaving the room late. However, we were returning to find the room very clean. The breakfast needs more diversification.

Very modern hotel and central location, staff was very helpful ,courteous and welcoming, rooms are very well maintained,good space, breakfast was very good too, definitely worth the stay

Its touch expensive when compared to other properties in vicinity

perfect location very close to Metro stop to go in to area that has all monuments. or you can simply walk, shop and walk a little more! convenient location. good clean rooms so housekeeping was good. room had cricket with plenty channel choices to keep little one entertained. hotel staff were ok.

nothing to note. perhaps desk staff could have been more welcoming but I think general demeanour of people is similar throughout Istanbul so not really a complaint just a difference to note

Location is quite good. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel and tram is nearby. Hotel staff is quite cooperative and friendly specially Nurettin Kochan who always accommodates any requests with a smile on his face.

In terms of cafeteria though they have a good breakfast spread, staff isn't cooperative and is always looking to clean the stuff even before asking if the guests have eaten the breakfast properly. They need to work on hospitality aspect.

When we found this hotel at booking.com we still not sure either this is a good hotel or not. Plus, this our 1st time visiting Istanbul but when we got there every worries are answered, we like this hotel very much and good value for money and not to mentions the good variety of breakfast

Do be careful when you taking train from Aksaray to sultan ahmet station , many pickpockets, We suggested you walk . Its was nice walking view

very kind staff, they welcomed us with tea and cookies. The hotel is well located, 25-30 minutes walk from the Grand Bazaar and the main mosques. They have free parking just outside the hotel on the street, but we had no security issues at all. The rooms are very clean, cleaning every day inside the room with changing towels, free bottles of water every day. Also, the price is excellent

The breakfast-nothing special, I expected more turkish food.
