Stay was as expected. Was able to get directions and walk to major sights about 15-20 minutes. Room was clean but very small. Restaurant convenient but not enough menu variety for me. Helpful with booking taxi pickups.

The bathroom and toilets needs a massive renovation. They had 2 years with no or few clients they should have at least checked room by room and renovate the bathrooms. There are no usb port near the bed and if you want to charge your phone you have to disconnect a lamp.

Our trip started off by me being slightly underwhelmed by the room we received as it did not match the pictures I had seen. It was explained to me that they had different versions of the same room but they immediately moved me to the top floor into a more spacious room with a balcony that included a table area. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself was about a 20-25 minute walk to the main tourist attractions, which is close enough but yet far enough to be away from the noise and hustle and bustle. I actually preferred it this way. Restaurants and cafes were nearby so you did not have to go too far. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent and varied. There were choices of cereal, salads, potato salads, cheese salads, fruit salads, plain yoghurt, fruit yoghurt, cold meats, bread, baguettes, croissants, chocolatines and every type of egg you could want. The head chef was very polite and friendly and would make you fresh fried eggs or omelette whilst you waited. Always with a smile on his face. We really enjoyed our trip and having a really good hotel was an important part of that.

fine breakfast (could be more varied though). rooms are nice and clean. convenient location. also food in restaurant is very tasty. very nice and polite stuff, quickly responded to requests (we asked for extra blanket, dental kits, shampoo refill)

bathroom is separated from the room with matte glass door and that’s a bit weird and gives you less privacy than you expect. also air conditioner was not fully functioning - there were like 3 vents, one was functioning well, one at its half, and another one wasn’t functioning at all. so one half of the room was cool, and at the same time the other one wasn’t conditioned properly. it was a problem only on extremely hot days though, most days it was fine

The staff are professional and friendly. Mr. Serdem helped us to accommodate our needs. We arrived early due to a change in our flight. He was very keen to support us. Throughout our stay for 10 days, he went extra miles to provide us with all the information about everything in the country to ensure we are enjoying our stay. Although the hotel is 4 stars rank but the professionalism of Mr. Serdom and his team make us experience 5 stars treatment. Also Mr. Aldar was very kind to us since arrival. I can't miss the beautiful lady from the housekeeping dept. the smile and sincere daily efforts really touched us. Even the young man in the reception who helped us to checkout was standing by our taxi, wishing us a safe trip until the car moved.

The setup of the trace needs improvement

The location is great if you're looking for a busy area close to the Grand Bazaar. Lots of cafes and restaurants around the hotel, and Suleymaniye mosque is only a few steps away. Mehmet's customer service was 10/10 as he was very helpful in suggesting other good areas to stay at for the rest of our trip, and he helped us with getting a taxi and taking our luggage out.

The room we were first given had an issue with the bathroom sink not draining well and one of the pillow cases looked a bit dusty but when we told the reception about it they had us switch to a different room that was better.

Our stay was incredible, we have no complaints only compliments. The highlight of our trip were the fantastic friendly, kind and professional Reception staff who were both 'Kerim & Mehmet' they were warm and welcoming ever since we set foot into the hotel & constantly checked up on us throughout our stay, we were ill towards the ending of our stay and they even provided medical aid such as plasters and pain meds to our room and went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable, I did not have the correct laptop cable with me during my trip, Kerim went out of his way to locate it so that I was able to use my laptop, he also assisted us with contact details for stores that we were looking for, I couldn't be more grateful for his assistance in making our stay a breeze, they've left such a good Impression that we will surely be back at a the hotel because of the FANTASTIC SERVICE! Coskun was very helpful when trying to order food online, at just past 11:30 pm he assisted me by calling the restaurant and also allowing me to use his contact number to order off the delivery app, he was a good guy! Sedredm was a very kind guy at reception. Muhammed who is part of room service was extremely helpful with bringing condiments to our room, he also assisted us kindly with our luggage. Breakfast Staff were very kind towards us everyday! Thanks God the wholesome breakfast, we thoroughly enjoyed. 11/10 We highly recommend this hotel. We were blessed to have crossed paths with such incredible staff like these.

We booked 3 rooms at Ramada for a family vacation. The location of the hotel is good, but away from the busy old city but still easily reachable (25 min walk). Nearby area has some good restaurants and the place is quite. The rooms at the hotel vary by a lot. We had extended our stay by one day and had to stay 1 night in a small standard room on level 1 which was not a very pleasant stay.. cleanliness level was low and the room was cold. The next day we were moved to larger rooms and also upgraded. The deluxe suite is very good, spacious, clean and on the top level with good views. The other rooms were comfortable but not up to expectations. The staff is great and very helpful and a good breakfast for the price is included.

Several things that need to be improved at the hotel- bathrooms in some rooms have a frosted glass door which is not comfortable esp. of the room size is small. The beds in one of the room we booked was creaking and not very comfortable.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It's centrally placed very near Tram station, Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Topkapi, and other tourist attractions. Lots of food options are available near. The Front Desk staff is extremely helpful and flexible, here I would especially like to point out Mr. Serdem Genc the front office manager, he went beyond his scope to help us in all aspects of our stay from providing his full support to arranging the tour trips up to the point of helping us manage any challenge I face. I see him as a great asset to the Hotel. Definitely, I would recommend the property and will stay there again.

Staff were great, very professional and friendly, the room where overall clean and cleaning staff done remarkable work in maintaining it clean, and the hotel is in one of the best locations in Istanbul

The facility overall could use some renovation as it feels bit old, the room was comfortable, however, the room's sound isolation is the worst part of the hotel as you can hear everything the nearby rooms are up too and can be bit annoying when there's a family nearby with children playing around during sleeping hours, also, we got two single beds that turned into king bed which was okay but not I do not prefer it.
