Location is great. Walking distance to Metro station (Osmanbey) and in the heart of a wonderful area for food, shopping. Close enough to Nisantasi area this gives the tenants the pleasure of being in a quiet area yet take advantage of the cosmopolitan and affluent districts nearby (Taksim, Nistansi, Mecidiyekoy, ...etc) The staff is wonderful and caring and goes beyond their duties to accommodate guests. Adam in particular has made my stays very comfortable and he is the reason I keep going back there every time I travel to Istanbul

Hard to park in the streets so if you plan on driving make sure you reserve a parking space in the public areas nearby

The staff is great, very friendly and ready to help you with anything you need. They all speak good English. The reception is open 24/7, so you can leave your keys with them anytime and store your luggage if your flight is after checkout. The building has two small elevators, which is very convenient if you stay on higher floors. The apartment is nice and basic with all the essentials (basic kitchenware, iron, washing and dishwashing machines, small dryer for clothes, hairdryer, etc.). But first of all, it was very clean. The location is great: very close to M2 metro line, there are restaurants, fast food parlors, bars, a coffee place, barbers and kiosks on the street , the area also offers a few supermarkets, bakeries, doner parlors, McDonald's, Café Nero, Costa Café and Starbucks just across the street. You'll enjoy this quaint and busy local area.

The location can be challenging for someone with walking issues. The building is located down a very steep and busy street. So, consider this before booking.

Cleaners wasn't good they didn't clean the bathroom properly and didn't vacuum and mop the corners, Pillows wasn't comfortable

the staff were exceptional! super friendly, helpful and very accommodating. the location was also superb, walking distance to key areas and the metro station! our apartment was also very cosy which would be regularly cleaned by their friendly team! thank you for accommodating my family and I for a wonderful trip!

my only negative point would be their shower. water would continuously get blocked. saying this the team would clean the drainage everyday, but I think this needed a plumber to sort. knowing the hotel and their staff, I think this would have been done upon our check out!

The most beautiful scenery in Taiwan is human touch, and the most beautiful scenery in Istanbul is HOMELIKE. I fully felt the enthusiasm of the service staff. We talked about everything. Even if we didn't speak the language well, we still had a great time chatting and enthusiastically helped us plan our itinerary. The room was very comfortable and tidy. We stayed for a week, and the housekeeping staff helped us tidy it up every day. The kitchenware, bathing and laundry supplies were very complete. Beautiful Istanbul, warm HOMELIKE, I will come again.

Location is great: the subway station is a couple minutes walk away, plenty of grocery stores and supermarkets in the vicinity. Reception staff and room service were always extremely helpful. The facilities were exactly as advertised.

The only liiitlle downside of location is that the hotel is situated in pretty much the lowest point in the area and almost any direction is uphill, especially more useful ones. Also sound isolation was pretty much nonexistent, but I guess this could be a local feature of construction in Turkey? In any case, this didn't bother me much personally.

We had to change my wife and son's reservation and make it 2 months earlier. My family was at the airport and didn't have a place to stay I contacted the host, and they were soooo helpful, sooo respectful, and sooo kind. They booked a good flat, they arranged a taxi to collect my family from the airport and even welcomed them in early check in 6 hours before the usual check in time. A great host Very clean apartment, comfortable furniture, kind and respectful staff. I was so happy with their service. If there is more than five star, they definitely deserve it. Thumbs up for the owner who looks after his guests in such an excellent way.
