The hotel is so clean the staff are so friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies are so nice and nothing went missing from the room I felt like the area is safe. the design of the hotel is beautiful the location is good too but it is on a hill so if you have a baby’s stroller you’ll know the struggle but overall it’s so good for the price

my only concern was how small the rooms are we got the deluxe room and we had a crib for the baby but we couldn’t really move comfortably in the room but overall it’s beautiful, clean and the bed and washroom are comfortable

They had advertised about buffet breakfast however it was not the case!!The 1st day it was served as a small and not appropriate way!!I objected and sent the massage to management through staff .The manager took action in 2nd day by providing buffet breakfast , appologising personally and sending a gift to us .Her involvement was really grateful for us!

As above mentioned the contraindicy about breakfast serving at the 1st day. Passing through the entrance which has 2-3stairs is barely tough.

Honeymoon Holiday Very good experience in this hotel, everything was perfect, the room was very beautiful, comfortable and so clean, the restaurant was fancy too, we really loved my husband and me the vibe of the hotel, special thanks to Mr.Mahmoud, he was so professional, friendly and very nice, he’s a good ambassador for Nex Hotel, working with so much passion and good energy, all the customers loved him specially during breakfast service. We had an exceptional stay at this hotel, our second visit, and it was just as perfect as the first. Everything is immaculate, and the breakfast is impressively comprehensive. The spa is outstanding and meticulously clean, providing a truly relaxing experience. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to public transportation. A special thanks to the entire staff for their politeness and warmth. I would like to give particular recognition to Mr. Ali Can for his exceptional hospitality. Without a doubt, I will be returning for my next stay in Istanbul. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience in the city.

The location is amazing there are lots of cafes (starbucks, Nero, ...) just across the street, Soleyman bay Metro station at the corner with couple of stores like qatson and eczanes. the area is faily safe for late night stroll. There is a bar at the hotel with basic liquors, room service was fast and delicious but not fantastic! The breakfast buffet is very diverse specially comparing to other hotels in Istanbul and they were kind enough to offer me the first breakfast as a gift as well as a spa day!

Some of the staff do not speak or understand English very well specially at the bar, which made it difficult to communicate but I think with a little bit of help from AI translators it wouldn't be a problem anywhere! Room service isn't available after 11 so make sure to stock up snacks for midnight munchies.

The hotel decor is beautiful and the staff are very warm and welcoming. They kept our luggage after check-out as our flight was in the evening. Everything we needed we got the fastest help/assistance from housekeeping to the reception staff. Extremely friendly and professional employees. We enjoyed our stay.

I wouldn't say that I have something I didnt like, but I would highly recommend for the hotel to have a bit more variety of fruits for breakfast as an option, or perhaps offer complimentary fruit inside rooms. Spoons for the tea in the bedroom as we continuously had to contact reception for tea spoons instead of tea sticks they offer.

All of the staff, including Omer, Alper, Mohmud and Soni were wonderful. I can't remember a few of the people I met (like the lovely woman who kept my room tidy). The hotel is immaculate from top to bottom. The space hads excellent WIFI and air conditioning. At the bottom of the hotel you will find a spa with several free services, including hammam and sauna. You can also purchase several types of massages from Bali to Thai to aroma therapy massages and the space is so peaceful.

Nothing, I loved everything!

Everything was just perfect and excellent. Staff of all departments are very friendly and always here to answer your needs. Breakfast is just magic. The choice of food changes every day. This is a very Cosy '' boutique hotel '' situated in the area of osmanbey, 200 m walk from osmanbey metro station, surrounded of many shops of all types and restaurants and bars, just the perfect location out of the typical tourist area like Taksim

Everything just wonderful

Ali from reception was absolutely accommodating and welcoming. He did his best to make sure we're comfortable and have everything we need. The rooms are just right with simple furnishing, warm beds, great room temperature, good bathroom and the location was great. I found the brasserie staff also very warm and helpful as well as the porter. Overall it was a great stay.

I didn't exactly find the breakfast very appealing. It had a great variety of olives and their simit is the best I ever had, otherwise it was very meaty and cheesy and I honestly think they can do much better. The other thing is that I found it great that they had mini fridges in the rooms but it wasn't listed in the room amenities so I almost changed my booking to another hotel because I really needed a fridge. It would be great if the Nex team could add that so that people know what to expect. Nothing I mentioned was a deal breaker or even made our stay less pleasant so overall I highly recommend the hotel.

Excellent location and very modern hotel! The rooms were very clean and spacious and they were cleaned daily. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There is also SPA but I didn't have the time to visit! Overall, an amazing stay and good value for money. Would recommend and stay again.

Nothing made me a bad impression in particular. Only thing to keep in mind is if you are traveling with a car it might be challenging to find parking on the street. However, parking on the street is at least free.
