That was a great stay. All staff were friendly and helpful. They were very helpful fır everything. Breakfast variety was too much. There were all kinds of products. Rooms were so clean and luxury. They helped with our every request. Serdar, Anil, Derya, Celal, Ercan, the whole restaurant team and the whole hk team were excellent. The hotel is in a very central location, very close to taksim, shopping centers. I will definitely choose the Bentley Hotel in our next visit

This hotel is not in the category of the typical hotels that we know (big lobby with restaurant, café, concierge .. etc). It is a hotel that is very well squeezed in a busy location. For this type of hotels, I would rate Bentley Hotel among the best that I have seen. Rooms are very well decorated, very clean (and I mean spotless), very friendly staff, and my wife loved the room lights. The best feature about this hotel is the location. It is perfect if you are after shopping. Everything is within walking distance. You will not really appreciate the location until you stay there and see for yourself.

2 minor issues that I found out: bathroom has no suction/venting fan (though no smell ever came out from the bathroom). Wifi is always available but would be better if the hotel can increase its bandwidth.

the rooms are a bit small

Super friendly staff, always happy to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was amazing, especially the chef who made us omelets in the mornings was very nice! The location was great, very close to nice restaurants and shops, the area felt less touristic even though it was only one metro stop away from all the tourist attractions. There are 2 Michelin-recommended restaurants within walking distance. The view from our room on the 8th floor was even better than we expected!

I would gladly recommend it to fellow travelers to stay here. The hotel's location was perfect, providing easy access to the city's attractions without compromising on peace and quiet. Although it was situated on a busy street, my room was surprisingly serene, with no outside noise bothering me at night. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, always ready to cater to my needs promptly. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, creating a sense of comfort and safety during my visit.

One drawback I can think of was the rainfall shower head in the bath. Unfortunately, the water flow was too intense, causing water to spill outside the shower area and wet the toilet area. Consequently, the toilet paper also became damp after each shower, which was quite inconvenient. I suggest implementing either a taller protective window or a more effective shower curtain.

One of the best hotels All the staff are friendly and soo helpful I booked 2 rooms & 2 suits, and requested to have all the rooms at the same floor and close to each other, in addition I requested early check in (9:00 am) the hotel amazing staff arranged all my requests exactly as I asked. Moreover, they are willing to help in everything to make my stay perfect , ex: i want to order McDonalds and I don’t know any food delivery service, the duty manager helped me in this matter. What i liked the most during our stay Is the outstanding service!! Starting from the receptionist, bellboy, duty manager, housekeeping and off course the guest relations representative. Everyone is helpful, kind, always smiling and welling to help. The staff were great. I had the pleasure to interact with Derya which was very accommodating and hospitable. Anil another staff who made sure my stay was very comfortable. And finally Mr. Celal who took me personally and guided me to local mosque. The staff was simply amazing.

The room was smaller than expected. But the balcony was bigger than the photos it was so big. The glass decoration under the TV was broken which gave the suite non pleasant vibes.

I booked for my family of 4 with 2 kids under 3. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and very kind. They helped us with getting around Istanbul and any enquires we had about the area. Very very helpful staff and I would definitely book again. The location is wonderful, so many shops around us and taksim is a short walk from the hotel. There's also a pharmacy literally 2 minutes away. Overall, I'd give this hotel a 10/10 for experience, customer service, and location.

Staff, location and service Although we arrived very late and past check in time, staff (Ercan) was very helpful and made the check in smooth. Throughout the stay everybody was helpful and always smiling and welcoming. We were a group of girls and felt safe and well taken care of. We would definitely choose this hotel again and advise our family and friends to stay there too when in Istanbul. Location is excellent
