Good turkish breakfast buffet, very friendly and helpful staff. Room big enough with plenty of space to store belongings, nice and clean bathroom.

There is no safe in the room.

I have stayed at Bosfora Plus in 2020 and had to re-book in 2022 The Management under ( Emre ) is first class The Team ( Ufuk, Mohammed, Kerem, Kemal and Burak are very polite At all times Very high standard of professionalism 10/10 The Room I have stayed in twice ( Junior Suite with Balcony ) is one The top looking rooms I've seen, it has x2 pillars that gives you the white house look, the bathroom shower is Big and roomie Also the location is great, 5min walk to Cevahir Shopping and Entertainment Centre And 8min from Sisli Metro that will connect you to the heart of Istanbul in minutes Taxi Stand just outside the hotel The Hotels breakfast quality is delicious and fresh every time, room service is quick And also the Laundry service I will recommend to just stay once and you will always re-book like me Hopefully I will be back the in August 2022 Can't wait to meet the team again Thank You Emre Kind regards Zuvear Ahmed

Guys at reception are some of the best people you will ever meet. Courteous, always smiling and make you feel like family! They went out of their way to make sure I got the best experience possible. Cafe, grocery store, and few shops are right next to the hotel. Room was spacious, clean, and had AC. Location was about a minute walk to main street and 5 minutes walk to the nearest mall. Staff can arrange for taxi pickup from and to airports (which I did). They can also arrange for private transportation and tours!

Walls are a bit thin, and the hotel is down a hill. Though it is about a minute away from the main street. Still, the hospitality of the staff and value for money paid is excellent.

I would like to thank the administration of the Hotel Bosfora, especially Kemal, Serdar and Burak for their kind support and help, as well as willingness to meet my needs. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good. Special thanks to Burak for his support in changing my room, as I wanted to stay in the upper room. As I was travelling in March and it was still cold in Istanbul, I would like to emphasize that the room was very warm and the water always hot. I would recommend this hotel for two main reasons: its amazing staff and the excellent rooms.

The location is near to Nisantasi Street which full with stores. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Burak who was willing to help all the time and responded to all requests. The room is very spacious and includes a sofa, a big desk and a mirror. The bathroom is very clean and big you can put all your makeup their, and the shower was amazing. The room doesn’t include an iron but they provided it once we asked immediately.

Unfortunately the lighting was not bright enough, I was struggling to wear makeup, I suggest to put white lights in front of the bathroom mirror. except that everything was perfect.

The staff were very warm, welcoming, and attentive. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and cozy. The food was delicious. Special shout out to Serdar, the hotel manager who made sure our stay was unforgettable. The location of the hotel is also great. It's near to every spot that you might need to go to in Turkey.

I wish everybody could communicate in English.

The staff were very accommodating as I got surgery, so it wasn’t really a holiday for us. The restaurant was really good and quick with the food service, also the rooms were very clean and we had a lot of space. There is Netflix connect to the tv which really helped pass time.

It wasn’t the best view.

The "Best" hotel to stay in Istanbul! I absolutely loved it. The staff are very friendly and treat well their guests, especially Mr. Burak and Mr.Olash the front desk reception. And I’d thank Mr. kamal he was outstanding and gave genuine greetings to his hotel guests with a big smile and trying his best to help them. can't wait to return.

you can hear the street noise at night.

the hospitality of the staff was great (especially Mr. Burak), the room service and the breakfast were perfect. the location is good regardless of the steep 10 minutes walk to Javahir center. the proximity of the subway to the hotel is a plus, which is two stations behind Taqsim that is also an advantage

the paper toilet should be more, although it is provided on call, it should have been more in my opinion, there was just one paper toilet in the bathroom

It has the best hotel staff I have ever seen, especially Mr. Burak and Mr. Kamal. In the evening, Ufuk is there. He is a very good boy It has a good breakfast several different types of fresh breakfast foods are ready. The location of the hotel is great and close to everywhere, only 10 minutes walk from the metro.
