I recently had the pleasure of staying at a service apartment in Istanbul, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The apartment itself was immaculate, with modern amenities and a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. Whether I needed assistance with local recommendations, transportation arrangements, or simply had a question about the facilities, Abdullah and Naim were always readily available and eager to help. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay truly set this service apartment apart. Every interaction with them was met with genuine kindness and a genuine desire to make my experience memorable. Beyond their impeccable service, I was impressed by the convenient location of the apartment, making it easy to explore the vibrant city of Istanbul. With their expert guidance, I was able to discover hidden gems and immerse myself in the rich culture and history of this enchanting city. Very nice staff, especially the person that welcomed us when arriving. He didn’t speak Turkish very good but he was very nice. Other staff was also nice, tried to make us very comfortable. Rooms were cleaned everyday no matter what time we left the room. A few markets around the property which came in very handy.

The street is very steep, also it is kind of hard to find if your driver does not know the neighborhood. Hard to find a taxi to or from the property. There is a shopping street 5minutes away, you could try to walk there and get a cab

It was a wonderful experience! It went by so quickly. We felt right at time, so cozy and exactly what we were looking for. Everything is clean and comfortable. Definitely worth every penny! Staff is so kind and helpful. Great place to stay if you have kids and need to wash clothes and want a little comfort of home but still getting hotel experience. ❤️ not to mention we couldn’t have asked for a better location. It’s on a quiet relaxed street but just a short walk away from literally everything you could want/need during your stay in nişantaşi. If you’re traveling during the colder months, heaters are very powerful! My family and I were impressed and we have 0 complaints. 10/10 recommend.

the staff are amazing! very good support; good english level for communication and always being around to help and support in everything! The apartment location is great; close to everything (tourist attraction, groceries, bakery, shops, malls, etc). we rented two apartments (4 bed room , and two bedroom ones) which both were clean and well equipped. They do have everyday cleaning and even wash the dirty dishes.

It was a bit hard to take taxi (uber) from the apartment due to being in a narrow allay! There is a steep slope if you want to walk towards the main street which might not be easy for elderly. The 4 bedroom apartment has two levels where the dining and living areas are connected to apartment entrance door, and you need to take the stairs and go down for the bedrooms and toilet/shower. My mom could go take the stairs coz she uses wheelchair; so you need to consider this in case you rent the 4 bedroom apartment.

The apartment is very clean and modern style. Maybe a desk table coud be useful. everything is clean (cleaned everyday). the beds are comfortable (for me). everything works well. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. The residence is not far from the Osmanbey metro station (but very steep streets to go there!) Coffee shops, pastries and bread and groceries with fresh fruits and vegetable at door step. But more than that, the staff is really nice and helpful, trying their best to find solutions to everything! Nisantasi is not the most touristic part of Istanbul which makes it interesting when it comes to sharing people's "usual" life. And nevertheless it is close to everything (Taksim by metro, Ortakoy by going down walking, etc.)

the residence is not easy to find for taxis (they mix with another simar apartment in the same street 100m higher up). the metro station and main street is 400 m away but by very steep streets.

In general, everything was nice. We like the location, the staff was friendly. The apartment was fine.

There were some small problems in the bathroom like unfixed doors of a shower cabin. The beds could be more comfortable to our taste. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay.

The location is perfect , and Honestly Abdallah and Naim were perfect and managed our stay in a perfect way. They were very decent and respectful. Thank you abdallah and naim for this smooth experience. I would also like to mention that the room service was beyond excellent and the rooms were always tidy and clean. They made us feel like home.

The only thing is that my mother and father found it abit hard going down the stairs to the rooms underfloor area because they have knee problems. One more thing that the hotel is located in a narrow area so for the families that are aged. You have an uphill walking to reach to the nearest street.

I can’t thank enough Abdullah and Naim for their outstanding costumer services, they made our stay super nice and joyful especially for me, I came all the way from New Zealand to be with my father who’s here for health treatment . If anyone looking for best costumer services and helpful staff this is the place. Also the location is perfect very central and everything is near by. Cleanliness, our apartment was very clean Samah and Mayar are the best. Many thanks Abdullah and Naim I’m so grateful

Great place to stay with family. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment and really appreciated the small kitchen and a washing machine. The staff (Bilal, Abdullah and Faisal) were all fantastic and super helpful! They took good care of all our needs and were ready to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location is nice, since Nisantasi is a great location for shopping and restaurants.

The place is not actually called "Nisantasi Residence". If you look up this name, you'll end up somewhere around Taksim area. This hotel / apartment is call "Nisantasi Apartments", which was confusing and caused us extra 30 mins of driving around in the insanely busy Istanbul traffic. The beds are queen size, which are just barely enough for 2 adults, if you sleep like a mummy. The rooms are small so I guess they couldn't fit in a king size bed anyway. If we go again, I'd probably go for a larger apartment. Probably not the best place to stay if you want to visit old city (topkapi, blue mosque, Hagia Sofia). Taxis are a nightmare , but that has nothing to do with this hotel / apartment :)
