Amazing location! Just steps to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia and walking distance to a lot more. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were good for the price

The hotel is ideally located in a calm street within walking distance to the major sights and restaurants. The rooms are very clean, for us it would not have been necessary to replace all the towels and soap every time. Since we are conscious about the environment, we would have made use of a "no service required" sign. The daily free water was also very appreciated. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful, (we would like to give special thanks to the grey haired gentleman for his assistance - for example with the new blow-dryer) and very keen to assist with organising activities. We didn't make use of offers such as arranging Hamam, for we wanted to go to our pre- selected location, but it might be an option if one is more flexible, since Barca supposedly knows a guy for special price conditions. Definitely, we regret not having listened to him about his warnings about the restaurants visible from the entrance door (we tried the one with inexplicable 4.9 stars on Google ...). We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at hotel Erguvan and warmly recommend it to everyone.

Some electronic equipment, such as sockets or the cable of the blow- dryer were in a questionable state and should be checked and replaced. Thanks again for providing a new, mobile blow-dryer for us.

The front office team plays a critical role in ensuring that guests have an excellent stay, and that their expectations are met or exceeded. Thanks Mr Selim and the entire staff for the best service during check in and out especially you Mr Selim. The front desk were at the most helpful point 24/7 as I stayed 14 nights and I should mention Mr Selim and Mr Bega and other staff for making my stay perfect.

Hotel pillows they were not the most comfortable to sleep on, as often cause a sleepless night and providing inadequate neck support. I believe it must be checked by the hotel management to make sure that they are comfortable.

I really liked the location of the hotel, near main attractions, good restaurants and the seaside. The breakfast was also great. The option to store the luggage in the hotel after check out was much convenient as well. The majority of the staff was really friendly and helpful, we had an issue with boat trip and one of the receptionists did his best to solve it for us - I am really grateful for that.

I really didn't like the approach from one particular receptionist, who sold us the boat trip. He was putting the presure to buy it rather than helping or properly explaining details. His approach was quite rude and we almost lost the money in the end as the initial trip started without us (we were late couple of minutes). Apart from it the room we had was located on the first floor with not so great view (we could only see the street) and was really loudy due to that (cars driving nearby).

Location is fantastic - minutes from Blue Mosque and Aya Sophia (up the hill) with a variety of restaurants nearby that are much better value than the ones near the Grand Bazaar. The staff were lovely and helpful. The building is older but it was clean and roomy enough. And it was great value for money 😊

Noisy neighbours - because it’s a little older you could hear louder neighbours. But overall it was ok.

I booked this hotel for my mother and me. The hotel is located in a tourist location. All the sights were close by. In addition, the tram station was also close by, making it easy to go to other neighborhoods. The reception was very friendly, especially Beric. A very nice guy. He arranged a taxi for us at night so that we could go back to the airport. I give the staff and the hotel a big 9+

-The staff was very friendly with good recommandations, - and reactive when we needed something in the room. -The breakfast was awesome and cheap. -Room simple, but comfy - cleaned and tidy every day

-The fan didn't work anymore at the end of our stay. -In the shower, the hot shower and the pressure were a bit tricky to find the good setup...but it did the job

The location is nearby to Hagia Sophia & Blue Mosque. Just that, you need to turn left from the hotel(a bit long but the road is 'old folks friendly') instead of right (sharp climbing) The terrace view can see the blue mosque. The room is spacious, the breakfast was good. You can request how do you like your egg to be done. The staff will help you with any query that you like, guide, taxi booking etc.

Ideal Location to visit all touristy places (Ayasofia, Blue Mosque, Great Bazaar...) Very fair price Room was small but not too small, clean and well equipped

We had several awkward situations where the cleaning staff just burst into our room without knocking on the door first. Lucky we were not showering...

We liked this hotel all family. Administrator Beka meet us with pleasure and helped in everything. He changed room for us coz we wanted it with bath tube. About breakfast: by 6€ its amazing,: good choice of cheese, olives, bread, cakes, have coffee tea, eggs. Simple and full satisfied. Location is super. Near all famous places and near sea and everything you can find easy

I didn't like that we have to leave it at our time.
