the triple room was clean and everything was good about it. The staff are friendly and nice. The location is good. The housekeeper was soo nice lady!

later they let us move to the double room ground floor because we did not mention the third person in the reservation. it was not as same as the rooms upstairs. old rooms, old keys and toilets not that good. so make sure to choose upstairs rooms they are new.

Location is perfect, walking distance to Hagia Sophia, The Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Basilica Cistern. Plenty of shopping and eating options in the area. There is a promenade nearby, on the shore of Marmara Sea. Front desk staff very friendly, professional and helpful - thank you Naima and all her colleagues.

Storage for clothes needs to be installed in the room, also hooks for towels in the bathroom (provided this feedback to the front desk staff as well).

First of all localization of the hotel is superb. Walking distance to all main Istambuł atractions.

Facilities of the room should be rethink eg small table in the room is not necessary. Breakfast is rather basic. w

Room I stayed in was not soundproof - I could hear noises such as people talking or walking across the corridor. I'm not sure what other rooms are like though.

The room could have been a bit bigger. Could have added more trash bins in the room. Otherwise room was clean and tidy.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a short walking distance from the tram stop (Sultanahmet) and Hagia Sophia.

Wifi connection was weak and the internet speed was very slow.

This was the second time I stayed at Albatros Premier and I have also always recommended this hotel to family and friends as its a lovely humble hotel, with amazing staff who are always ready to help. The breakfast is modest but lovely, A nice clean safe hotel and not to expensive. The Location of the hotel is excellent behind the blue mosque which means Hagia Sofia is literally less then 10 minutes walking distance. I would always be a returning customer. Everything you need in a hotel if you are an explorer and not high maintenance. :D

Very kind staff, they found us a free parking space near the hotel. On their own initiative, they organized a spontaneous "Happy Birthday" moment with a small cake and candles for my wife's birthday. Many terraces and restaurants around with better prices than in the center, very close to the waterfront and the Mosque. Nearby a small shop (cigarettes, beer, water, etc.) Large and clean rooms with general air conditioning, good Wi-fi on every floor. Breakfast can be served indoors or on a small terrace for smokers. A nice girl at the reception make a reservation for us for the restaurant Nust-Et (Salt Bae), thanks again!

Great location. Super friendly and helpful staff with great English. Turkish breakfast was good with friendly cats outside to hang with. I was skeptical after reading Google reviews of the hotel. I decided to try it and was well worth it. Booking.com were more truthful reviews than Google.

The room was kind of small but comfortable. The size of the balcony made up for room size. The bed was somewhat hard, but no need to sleep the day away when in Istanbul.
