My stay at this hotel was truly great! The receptionists were incredibly helpful and always smiling, making me feel very welcome. The location is perfect, especially in a city full of hills like Istanbul. There are plenty of street food vendors, barbers, supermarkets and all the necessary shops nearby. Breakfast was also great, with a rich buffet. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Istanbul!

I liked the location of the hotel. It's in the perfect place in Fatih near the Egyptian Bazar. Restaurants and other shops are on the street. I liked the friendly behaviour of the staff. They took my luggage to my room and tried to facilitate by all possible means. I would like to mention that it's better to carry cash for the hotel charges payment. But they try to facilitate with the credit card too. Overall it was a lovely experience.

The staff were really nice. They were very understanding about our early check in time as we arrived very early in the morning. The rooms were clean and breakfast was amazing. Location is also great. It is 5 min walk to the bus station and you can get buses to anywhere. But also a 10 min walk to Eminonou where you can get a tram to sultanahmet. To conclude would deffo recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Wasem and Omar and Ameer was amazing 👍 Really nice honest and polite persons. This people you can trust. The rooms are high-end with very comfortable bed and showers only need some renovation. Location is very central and close to bars and shops. Great breakfast. Thank you! This is not a last stay, i We will come back soon!

Property clean and quiet. Also we really appreciated the staff. We answered all our requests. We were recommended places to visit, restaurants, means of transport, etc.

Best Hotel I have ever stayed in Istanbul, the rooms and everything same as the pictures and the receptions are really friendly, amazing and helpful people. I really suggest this hotel and also the location is really good!

Breakfast had a wide variety and staff were very very nice. In the perfect location everything was within walking distance with a variety of restaurants nearby. Room was much bigger than we expected!!

Other people in their rooms were very loud and as the walls were thin we could hear them all night

The hotel was worth a 5 star for its services and facilities. Staffs were friendly and very helpful, especially the Syrians one. Would recommend that hotel to all those visiting fatih in Istanbul. It was close to a variety of restaurants and shopping centres. It was a memorable and splendid experience. Concerning breakfast, it was a buffet-eat as much as you can.

The wifi was not great.

It is a great location if you want to walk or use public transport in Istanbul. The staff was very polite and lovely. If I go back to Istanbul I would stay there again. Not a luxurious hotel but great for exploring Istanbul and great price for location.
