The hotel is a proper 5 star with good service, good breakfast and great facilities like very big swimming pool, sauna and excellent spa, the massage I had was great. I liked the spacious very comfortable room with excellent views. Luxury bathroom with deep bath and sliding doors very 5 star style. I like the open style corridors in this hotel - balcony style Instead of a classic corridors very stylish and luxurious design of the hotel. Staff were very accommodating, when my aircon did not work well they called technical staff immediately and all was fixed in no time. Breakfast maybe not your classic European style but it’s very tasty and plenty to enjoy and healthy with lots of vegetable and eggs cooked fresh in front of you as you wish is a good touch: Taxi always available just outside the hotel doors and reception can arrange anything for you, they do try to make you feel very happy. Roof top restaurant must go place with fantastic views of the city and lovely food.

Not a lot to dislike, maybe just a price for single gin and tonic was surprisingly high £12

Location .. this is “two nights” hotel that you can take before leaving Istanbul, unless you like to stay in a quiet area.

The house keeping during the stay need to be improved

Just I think the house keeping was not top ,they need to improve the cleaning of the room during the stay

high class new hotel well designed and absolutely comfortable large-sized room. bathroom and shower facilities unusually developed and very convenient. huge bed with perfect clothes and pillows.

location is far from the center and any infrastructure. this hotel is perfect for short one night stay. breakfast in the down restaurant is nice with wide selection. the only problem is stuff permanently telling to the guests that it’s time to prepare to leave thus there will be plenty of time before closing.

Everything was perfect. Spa and fitness is a very nice. Room was clean, pillows and mattress are comfortable. Staff ready to help any time. At the end of breakfast brought freshly squeezed juice. Coffee was perfect. At the reception staff allowed a free late check-out and allowed to leave the car in the garage after check-out for some more time.

Breakfast was poor, not for a 5 star hotel. Access to the underground parking is inconvenient.

The staff is really good and specially at reception I got really good help from Samed he help me to change reservation and the dinning area and the people who work there really good nice I think the name was Yosif he was great

Only the bad thing was the Galyan lounge which I think they are third party make there Shisha price 500 TL which is really over price and none sense

I’ve stayed at the king deluxe sea view room and it was a good treat. The morning sea view on both the bedroom and bathtub was worth the price. The room cleanness was decent. Staff were lovely and helpful everywhere in the hotel. The security was top notch. Amenities were good. I would definitely get back to this hotel.

I had to use the business center for some meetings and it was noisy.
