It was very disappointing when in your booking clearing mentioned additional toilet is available and in reallity is not there. When we bring it to their attention they says sorry this is mistake from Booking.com and they told me to wait and try to solve it. After more than an hour they came back they cannot provide a room which was booked. I felt it was pure raisism to treat us this way.

panoramic sea view is spacious and comfortable

reception staff are unprofessional, they lack basic communication skills , I came at 3 and after paying they said you have to wait your room is not ready , and they don’t know when it will be , I waited 30mins but they said it’s not yet ready , after I shouted on them , they managed to find me a room !!!

The sea-view balcony and the outdoor swimming pool are great. The massage by the Thai ladies were excellent too.

some staff at the reception don’t pay great attention to details. Your enquiries are sometimes overlooked or forgotten.

The location is far from Istanbul center, but it is an advantage if you are looking for relax stay in front of beautiful view of the Marmara sea. The hotel is actually much higher then a standard 5 star hotel in any aspect of our stay. Amazing room, the view, the SPA!!!, pools and the pool's views, hotel interior design, first class good English speaking service, main breakfast (Wow!), beachfront promenade, the lounge and the breakfast there.

the chicken in the room service dish wasn't fresh. It was taken immediately off our bill after we mentioned that on our check out. The water in the interior pool isn't 30 degree Celsius as pointed on the indicator and was a bit too cold.

Everything was exceptional. Busra the lady on the front desk is very professional and kind . Most of their team at breakfast time were so helpful and kind and smiley face . The boy on the door , who get you a taxi , speaks 3 languages and very polite and helpful. I don’t remember his name but he is a great value to the hotel ( he is a student at university) Hala in the breakfast area in the morning, she goes beyond and above to help and support. If you book through the hotel or their app , the prices are much cheaper from booking.com I loved the sea view and the big rooms . The vanities in bathroom. Beautiful hotel 😃

I liked everything. Exceptional

The staff were nice and helpful and the room was so cozy and comfy. our room was upgraded and the sea view was very nice. the Hotel's lobby is very nice and quite. I did not book the room with breakfast as I wanted to have my breakfas every day in a different place, but the hotel's breafast restaurant looked very nice with a sea view.

There was nothing that I did not like in my stay in the hotel. The price might be a little high, although, we went there in an off-season time.

Our stay at JW Marriott Marmara Sea was fabulous. The staff really made our stay one to remember. Nothing was too much for the staff, they were so friendly, smiley and of course helpful. We would like to say thank you to Cemez, Hilya, Robert, Rafael (concierge), Tariq the bar man from the Cigar Lounge and more for making our stay fabulous. The hotel was super, extremely clean and beautiful, the spa was wonderful and we loved the pool area. Breakfast was great, we ate there every day. We brought our daughter here so she was thrilled with the pool. She also loved the staff as they made a real fuss of her, she really didn't want to leave. We only have wonderful words for this hotel and staff.
