Such a lovely hotel with wonderful staff! The location was great, only a short walk away from Hagia Sophia. new property with a great location and amazing staff. The Hotel is new and extremely clean and luxurious. Close to Sultanahmet and local bazaar and shops. The breakfast is top-notch and delicious. The Imagine Hotel is the best place we have ever stayed! The location combines proximity to all the sights of Istanbul and the coziness of a quiet street. The hotel is very nice, modern and high-class! But the main thing that makes Imagine hotel so different is the service. The management and staff are very very nice, always ready to help, sincere and polite. While we were staying at the hotel, pleasant surprises were waiting for us every day - fruits, flowers, a small farewell gift - it was very unexpected and pleasant! The cleanliness in the hotel is amazing, every time day, returned from a walk, we found our room super clean and beautiful, and all this was done delicately and unnoticed by us. We had the most pleasant impressions of our stay at the hotel, everything related to the hotel exceeded our expectations. Next time we will stop only here and recommend Imagine Hotel to our friends! The service was superb and the cleanliness was very good. Will very much recommend staying at this hotel if you plan to visit Istanbul. Amazing staff, delicious breakfast, everything is nearby - Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, etc. Very clean and centrally located hotel close to the major tourist attractions. The hotel staff has been exceptionally friendly and service-oriented, striving to achieve complete customer satisfaction. I can’t wait to visit Istanbul again and I’ll stay at this hotel again.

High spec interior very stylish modern all adds to a comfortable stay. The location was great, a short walk away from major sites. The rooms were big and airy, well set out with plenty of hanging space and drawers, tv and soundproofing. Beds were comfortable and housekeeping was done daily to a high standard. The staff were very professional and friendly, they all went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. On occasions when we required assistance they were eager to help and very considerate. The breakfast was fantastic! The spread included every dish imaginable for breakfast well presented and tasty.

The street outside it was quite steep but that is not a factor which can reflect on the property as the whole area is like that. But be prepared for a sharp walk uphill .

Situated at a walking distance from historical attractions in Sultanahmet, this hotel is the ideal spot for visitors looking to stay close to the heart of Istanbul. The breakfast and facilities on offer were excellent, and the staff were always so friendly and helpful. Apologies to the staff if I’ve either forgotten or misspelt your names, but Gül, Reyyan and Furqan, to name a few of the staff, were always available to help and were always so approachable and polite! The entire staff are an invaluable asset to the hotel, and I’d have no problem booking to stay here again.

The staff was exceptionally good, kind, polite and efficient. They took care of guests like family! The hotel is new, very clean and nice in the heart of Istanbul, walking distance from all major attractions, restaurants and shops. The breakfast was very very delicious and the staff do their best to cater for your needs. Mustafa, Gul and Kubra were all very very good, efficient and kind, they took very good care of us, made excellent recommendations and we were sad to leave! To be honest, I have never felt this welcome at a hotel before!

Very friendly staff, excellent cleaning, best smiling and kindness welcoming. The location is very close to attraction place. You can reach very easy to historical places by walking. They serve breakfast to table. They have homemade jams, pastry, turkish mezzes, fresh orange juice. It is so delicious and the best one so far. Hotel manager is prefosional especially thank you Ms. Kubra and the chef who is Bahar. I had a problem with a taxi. When I tell them they try to assist me and they resolved my problem. Good hotel. Not far away from Sultanahmet and the other main attractions of Istanbul. It’s located at the bottom of what looks like a hill. So, if you plan to walk it could be a bit onerous. But if you are fit and don’t mind long walks, it’s perfect. But what really distinguishes this place is its staff, from the reception to the kitchen (marvellous and very helpful people). You can also order bottled water, coffee and tea at any time of the day or night free of charge! That’s a real treat. Great experience!

The air conditioning didn't seem to work (but I'm not a fan of ACs anyway and the weather in May is not too hot).
