The rooms are very clean and they are exactly what you see in the pictures. Modern decor and all basic amenities provided. It’s on a nice picturesque street away from the noise but just 8/10 mins from the blue mosque and sultan Ahmet square and tram station. The locals are very helpful and welcoming and plenty of shops supermarkets restaurants nearby at very good prices. Overall property was comfortable and lovely to stay in absolutely would stay again! The hosts were amazing! Super friendly and very accommodating. Anything we needed they got on it straight away and looked after us very well. They always asked our needs and fulfilled them right away as opposed to staying in bigger hotels where it may take time or may be forgotten about. They helped us with directions and recommendations on what to eat where to shop etc. They even provided us with a charger cor the stay as we didn’t bring the right extension. Breakfast was absolutely lovely and fresh orange juice and fruit every morning, overall was very filling.

On a slight hill but nothing too high and that is like most of Istanbul.

I can definitely recommend this hotel, especially after staying here for a week during family vacation. We all were completely satisfied 💙 The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from the very center near the Blue Mosque. It's also only 10 minutes from the tram stop, from which you can travel to any part of the city. Eminönu stop, where the boats depart, is a 10-minute tram ride or a 20-minute walk away. The rooms are a bit dated, true, but the staff invest any minute to make ur stay here perfect. The service deserves 10 stars, as I have never seen such hospitality anywhere else. They were attentive to all our asks, made tea and coffee in the evening, btw, the Turkish coffee was the best l've ever had. They also helped out with laundry, arranged a transfer, and even gifted us some Turkish coffee. It was a very pleasant surprise. The breakfast was delicious and hearty: fresh bread, orange juice, fruits, various cheeses - incredible. Thank you, Güvan! 🤩

From the first moment we arrived, they offered us tea and coffee, helped us with the parking space. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. It happened that one day it rained, and they showed kindness by offering us umbrellas. The rooms were very clean and spacious and also modern. In the near future we will definitely come back. It is also very well placed, about 5 minutes from every tourist attraction (Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia).

Very friendly and helpful staff, we felt looked after, in terms of breakfast, getting an extra blanket, an Istanbul transport card, sightseeing recommendations, communication with shuttle driver. The location was very central, walking distance to main attractions and public transportation but on a quiet, cosy street, no traffic noise, you got a charming sense that you were in a typical local neighbourhood. We never felt any sense of unease or discomfort in Istanbul, everything felt safe. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious. We would return!

There was an unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom; the window overlooked a very close building; the stairs were ok for us, but wouldn’t recommend for people with mobility issues.

The hotel is located on a quiet street near the old city and lots of attractions can be reached by foot. There is also a tram station nearby. The breakfast is very good and includes various options - salty and sweet, coffee, tea, orange juice and fresh fruits. The room was clean and good value for money. The landlords were really kind and always ready to help, we felt welcomed and a part of the family. They helped us book a nice experience for a good price including a Turkish night show on a boat and traditional food, pick up from hotel.

As for many travelers for us the most important issue is that place where we stay to be clean and comfortable. Room in this hotel was sparkling clean and tidy. Bed linen and towels were perfectly cleen and smell fresh. Bed was very comfy. The room was well equped with all necessary electric equipments . All necessary higienic products were provided. Meal - they serve very homy brekfast. Tough the menu've been the same every morning, food was more then enough. We especially fell in love with panckakes made by Mrs. Dako :) Staf - they all are just amazing. Everyone from owner to ordinar staff members are ready to solve all your issues , provide all necassary information, help with excursions and etc. They helped us with organizing BD party on the boat where we spent great time. The place- hotel is in the very center if the city, close to main attentions. Also the street where the hotel is located is very picturesque, narrow with tiny old and colorful buildings. Place is very quiet and safe. As for conclusion, nice hotel with friendly stuff and family atmosphere , great choice for budget stay in Istambul

The breakfast was wonderful and quite hearty. Overall the attention from the owner was exceptional and really went above and beyond. I only had wish I reached out earlier so bear that in mind when arranging airport pick up. Central location and clean rooms.

The internet was a it choppy at times. Also the pipes smelled in the bathroom, I know it is a bit out of control but maybe get some plugs to use to cover the drains so the smell does not get in. Also it is a bit hidden in terms of location but when you figure it out, it is not so bad.

I liked so much this hotell.In the hotell was very cozy and clean.Staff was very friendly also.Hotell was near the tramvay and it was close to the sights.i recomemend this hotel if you want to spend your holidays well and peacefully.

Although there are already many stars on the badge and here i am adding another one. We enjoyed our stay overall. Thẻ hospitality was unparalleled. Rooms were cleaned and they clean the rooms everyday. Free wifi is available. They provided us the internet sim which was quite expensive from the airport. All of our trips to major cities and to major attractions were facilitated by these guys and thanks to them that we were not being swindled and scammed as they got us covered. They have provided us with honest suggestions with every step that we have taken. We were quite perplexed in the start as we knew no ways but these guys have shown us all the right and easy ways to reach the desired destinations. Many famous destinations are so near to the hotel. The place was not crowded and that makes the hotel perfect for the family to stay. The breakfast was very good and with plenty of options and variety. They serve the best coffee. I really liked how they offer us the free coffee and tea which shows their exceptional hospitality and courtesy towards the people who are joining them. They arrange our trips to many famous places and we went there hassle free and enjoyed our time. Even after check out they kept our luggage with them and we didn’t get in a fluster of where to keep our luggage safe. On the way back from antalya to istanbul they booked our taxi and provided us with the vip trip on the way back to hotel. Whenever we have to go somewhere, they have arranged everything for us. Not into exaggeration but we felt like we are nọt coordinating with some strangers but with a family. They are here to tick all the right boxes for you. You can 100% live up to their hype as everything that they have mentioned was provided to us. There is not a word of lie. Keep it up guys.
