The price of massages is high. Coffee at breakfast from a coffee machine is not the best

Ms. Setareh was very helpful and kind. She recommended the hotel’s restaurant for my dining event which I had about 30 guests, and everything was perfect and made us an uncomfortable experience! Thank you Setareh for being so sweet and thoughtful! Also, The hotel’s manager was super nice!

The reception was not nice and helpful! There was a lady in the reception, she was very rude and argued with us because she didn’t want to give us the room we booked, they thought we don’t understand Turkish but I could understand she’s saying to her coworker: they won’t notice do as I say.. When check-in they didn’t give us the room we booked and wasn’t so nice when we understood the rooms aren’t the same! The room cleaning service wasn’t clean! The bathroom wasn’t clean!

stuff is super helpful, polite. spa , swimming pool is perfect - the aged lady from spa very nice one , careed about the spa and us with additional towels. the breakfast good and well orginised ... the classic music at the lobby (piano) there are tasty halva and baklava. there is free transfer from the hotel .the main things its value for money...everything you satisfite for this money .

need to buy swimming cap (100 l) so for who is gonna use the spa ( i pick the hotel recording to this basis as well) reading my review just bring with you.

Very family friendly location with the park across the road and the walking trail by the water. As a family with young children we used the park and trail twice a day for the kids. The complimentary shuttle service is also very convenient. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

The only downside is that there isn't that many food options close to the hotel. You will need to travel for food, shopping and all the site seeing. Also the swimming pool is not heated.

The view wonderfull, front of you the river ,breakfast was big and have a lot of food categories, swimming pool free, car valet services was good (250tl/day- excluded from reservation price) , balcony has a good privacy and wonderfull view

Room a bit smaller than the pictures and from expected, sofa bed was not working well when you open it ,its not comfortable, no body loation only empty bottle , toilet only standing shower and small a little bit ,room services not talking english , in general , it's a way smaller than you will expect from pictures

This place was in a very nice neighborhood away from the super busy spots of Istanbul. We had a great view in our room and felt very taken care of by all the staff. The concierge was super helpful and Gokhan always helped us tremendously. Another awesome thing here was the breakfast which was included for us. Amazing great quality and not like the ones I’m used to in North America. Lots of variety of fruits and amazing coffee and tea with all the rest of breakfast items. Setareh one of the morning staff was exceptional and took really good care of me and my family. She made sure we had a great experience and very well fed :) my children loved her. Lastly we really enjoyed the pool and spa at this hotel. Very well kept and a great way to relax here :)

Sometimes it was hard to find taxi to come back to the hotel from city Centre because Istanbul is a very busy city and some cabs sometimes try to over price. Nothing to say bad about the hotel though. I’d still come back here any time :)

Spacious room beautifully decorated with a very nice looking and big bathroom the hotel looks and feels luxurious with great facilities, I really appreciated the hotel employees who are helpful did their best and greeted us with a smile. I especially like to thank Ogvlcan, Somet and Ugurcan at the front desk for doing their best to make our stay comfortable.

I have been stayed in this hotel before for around three nights. everything was so good. Restaurant and breakfast was very good, nice Spa, helpful Staff.

It doesn't have free parking. Rooms are a little small. All rooms are non- smoking! there isn't ironing facilities in the room.

Everything is perfect at this hotel. They make you feel like you’re at home
