The hotel is great, located in a quiet and safe area, very close to the promenade, so it is pleasant to go on walks by the water. Our room was spacious and super super clean and it had the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in and many types of pillows to choose from. Also loved their massive furniture pieces. The shower area and the bathroom had a considerable size as well and the hotel provided everything you could possibly need. We stayed here for 10 days and we really felt like home. The staff is absolutely amazing, super polite, always ready to listen and help with anything you ask for. At breakfast they had a wide range of food options suitable for any taste and we also really appreciated that the layout in the breakfast area was not packed with tables like you often see in other hotels. The entire space looked very classy. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant every night and the food was absolutely delicious. Mr. Murat definitely pays a lot of attention to details and he always made sure the service was impeccable. We also had a high speed internet included and we were able to work while staying here. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend it.

No dislikes, everything was perfect.

It was first time staying in this hotel, I like it so much, because it is a small and quite and cosy. The reception very helpful specially Mr Shams who always want to help as much as he can. They have list ( menu) of deferent kind of pillows you choose what is comfortable for you , the breakfast buffet is good have enough selection to start your day with hot and nice meal and you can asked also for eggs as way you like. I recommend for people who want clean, comfortable, and safe place.

I spent 5 nights here with my family. I would highly recommend this place, especially for families. Following are the reasons why i love this hotel. 1. Super clean rooms and good toilet 2. Room services were very quick in any time of the the day/night 3. Breakfast was good and the staffs were excellent in taking care of all the guests. Felt at home. 4. Tram, bus and a ferry station is just a minute walk from the hotel and you can conveniently travel through out the city. 5. Amazing seaside park just 50 meters away from the hotel, ideal for an evening or morning stroll and taking pics.

swimming pool was not there, we missed it.

Outstanding Stay! starting from the reception team to everything else in the hotel. Shams was really nice and healpful person, you will feel delighted by his experience in trating guests. Room size is ok, I liked the bathroom, and bed is comfy and clean.

honestly speaking nothing went wrong, and I liked the stay with them and this is my second time for long stay with them. The only things which I can comment here, we want more discount for returning guests. As it will be my choic whenever I will be in Istanbul.

every thing in general was good

we was booking for 5 nights for 2 rooms with 2 adults & 2 children with age 13/10 they told me that we are going to charge you for breakfast for one person for each room whin was our booking with breakfast for two room they told me that each room only one person including with breakfast….this is first time in my life l heard that only one person in each room. I wrote to booking.Com for inquiry but unfortunately until today for more than 10 days I don’t get any reply.

Mr.Shams in the reception he is a great person and very cooperative and nice to deal with... He was very welcoming and try to help and guide the visitors ... I would rate him 5 stars for the customer relationship...

Some times there is noise from the street

everything, everyone in the hotel treats us in the best way. We felt more than welcome to be guests.

location was far away from the attraction (in case you don’t have a car). also the internet is a little bit laggy. but both of these points did not affect our stay.

Our room was beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. We loved the hotel breakfast and the hotel is in a fantastic neighbourhood (Balat). It’s about a 10 minute walk into the centre of this area with loads of unique shops and cafes. Bus stop to Sultanahmet is about a 1 minute walk and the 99 and 99A buses bring you straight there.

The jacuzzi is the temperature you would expect from a swimming pool and you have to book a slot so can’t turn up and use the facilities immediately as they need to turn the sauna on in advance.

Location was good, you can reach anywhere easily. Place was quite with no noises from the street. Clean and comfortable.

Room lighting was a little bit dim but its not a big deal.
